ASMR is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. While not everyone experiences these tingles, many people find different aspects found in the ASMR community relaxing and can very easily induce sleep.

For the gout question I was sure it was atenolol. I work in a pharmacy, losartan and HCTZ are often combined and there is a combo pill. Metoprolol and HCTZ are not often combined so that sounded like a trick question but HCTZ is kind of a simple water pill so I guess there’s no reason they couldn’t be. Your listing medication fast movers on your channel will either help me relax or feel like I’m at work lol it remains to be seen. But I did just learn that beta blockers and diuretics can cause gout so I suppose that’s good to know.
