I grew up in east las vegas also and you are absolutely right about people who lived in east las vegas automatically gravitate towards henderson. I want to buy in the summerlin area however my husband wants to buy in the centennial hills area. I like centennial as far as renting but not to buy. What do you think about the centennial area and do alot of your clients request to move there.

Hi @reginaharper6701 isn’t it funny how that happens with us who grew up here. Although the initial desire is usually to move to Summerlin because of its master planned community feel and close proximity to shopping, dining, and other things, I actually do have clients that choose to make Centennial Hills their home. For the most part the clients I have that do choose to live there do so because they want more land (over the standard .25 acre lot in the Summerlin and Green Valley areas) and don’t mind the commute to the metro area of Las Vegas.
