Yes @fatrace 92 acres is correct! No. These multi use areas are not available in most Las Vegas neighborhoods. This Urban Core is the second in Summerlin, the first being Downtown Summerlin and I believe Summerlin is the only masterplanned community with these types of neighborhood multi use shopping centers. There are shopping centers but usually not built right into the neighborhood providing that urban feel.

Hi @canyonproductions7683 that’s what’s so great about Summerlin West! You also have the option to move into one of the single family residential neighborhoods if kids and community pools aren’t your thing.
@@LisaLopezLuxuryRealEstate are there areas of Sumerlin where there are Not so many Apartments and Condos? I didnt mean to sound rude in that original comment.
