The big thing is the brake on P500 does not feel like a brake it feels very springy but it is very accurate and is a good brake pedal for braking & trail braking. Are you considering using these pedals on a rig or at a desk. If desk then 100% go p500 I have heard good things about the fanatec Elites but I have no experience with them or the Moza pedals so can't give you a definitive answer sorry 😐

@TheSimCircuit Thanks for the fast reply! I'm not quite sure yet. Depending on the pedal choice it's between a wheelstand (like the NLR 2.0) with a extra frame to hook your desk chair into or maybe a entry rig like the playseat trophy, which might be tight on space and I'm not sure about according to the extra price... With the rig option I'm kind of thinking that it might be overkill if I don't go for something like the p1000, which I find pretty interesting but which would be tight on budget combined. Also thought that a full simagic ecosystem could be a better/easier user experience compared to mix and match, especially when just starting out.

@AremagosYT with a wheel stand I recommend the p500 the Moza and Fanatec ones require more force to push down on pedals that could cause flex in your wheel stand. Also the seating angle will be more suited to the p500 using a wheel deck. Bonus like you say is that all SiMagic gear will only be running one bit of software 🙌🏼

@@TheSimCircuit thanks a lot! Do you think switching to an entry'ish complete rig (like playseat trophy) would be a big upgrade to using a wheelstand and a better experience accordingly? I'm not worried about the base and wheel but pretty unsure about consistent breaking inputs and feel. With the current deals it would be about 200€ more for me.

​@@AremagosYTwhen looking for rig the most important thing is trying to get as little movement in pedals when pushing down, a wheel stand might have more play in pedal deck plus making sure your office chair does not move about is always tricky. I do not have allot of experience with play seat but as general rule of thumb a rig should be the better of the 2 choices. Rig will also feel more impressive and could elevate the enjoyment you get from sim racing. Lots of deals on at the moment it's great. Keep in mind rigs are not easy to store away and it becomes a hassle if you need to move it to and from your desk every time you want to use it 🤷🏼‍♂️

The tb1 a great handbrake, what you see is what you get. It's well built, solid and feels like a real handbrake 🙌🏼 I'm sure you will be very happy with it 😉

I have heard people running shakers via Sigma converter but the shakers will not work on GT7 I have not tried myself only from what i have been told 👍🏼

Hey matey the brake you have a choice between the 2 so either position or load cell you pick between these 2 settings the SiMagic software. 🙌🏼

ABS cars helps prevent you from locking up your brakes, but they don't prevent locking up wheels all together. It's hard to tell how far you are away from locking up brakes by just looking at an abs light indicator. With the hprs you can feel when you get close the limit and can release ur brake just a bit to prevent locking up and in turn make you more consistent/faster. 🤷🏼‍♂️

You don't need headphones matey all the shakers controled via control box that is plugged in by USB cable to PC 👍🏼

@@phreshxmetal these bass shakers are driven like normal speakers. I was worried if you had to use an audio output in order to drive them then that would override your normal audio requiring the use of an audio splitter and headphones. that isn’t the case since it’s possible to run these off of USB but I just wanted to check before buying everything.

I got my ps5 this week also the Sigma Cortex all I am waiting on is the SiMagic base 😁 I have been told by multiple people it's the best solution for PlayStation so can't wait to put that to the test 🙌🏼

100% yes perpendicular to the floor as you pointed out, what I meant was parallel to the handle 🙌 but if handle is in flat position then yes can't be parallel but rather perpendicular 🤪

It's ok but not ideal. Very very nice wheel but definitely designed for formula cars for gt racing i prefer 300mm rim. I know 20mm does not sound like allot but it is. I would say if your main racing is done in open wheelers and sometimes drive gt3 cars then this be 100% if however you mainly drive gt3 then I would recommend maybe consider a different wheel 🙌🏼

Yes it's heavier I am guessing around 2.5kg my reference is my gsi wheel that weigh 1.5kg with qr about 1.9 and it's a good bit heavier than that 👍🏼

@@TheSimCircuit Thats a red flag to me if the final version is heavy. Its just a prototype/display model for now. I will guess the final product won't be heavy if its made the same way the GT Neo is made otherwise the Neo will be heavier than the average GT steering wheel.

So my shoe size is UK 11 and if my heel rest on pedal tray then my toes stick over the pedal faces. Basically I either have to angle/move your heel down to use toes or just use ball of your feet otherwise. But yes although they are by no means uncomfortable to use an extra inch would have been perfect 😉

Asetek gearr is great and Simagic definitely upping their game. I got myself ps5 yesterday, organised a SiMagic alpha mini and a Sigma Cortex converter will make video to see if its any good on PlayStation 😉

Hi matey if you are playing on pc then yes you can basically use any pedals as you can plug them directly into PC or wheel base, you can mix and match brands no problem. If however you are playing on console then you can't just use any pedals because you can't connect pedals directly to a console, the pedals would need to be connected to a wheel base that has console support & the pedals plugs into the wheel base then the wheelbase is connected to your console. Hope that makes sense but feel free to give me a shout if you need more info 😘

The p1000's are great I love my set but the tlcm are decent at that price point I have heard, the p1000 cost double so don't regret it too much you now have something to look forward to upgrading later on, that's how is see it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Their pedals are nice 🙌 I love my p1000's

Yep the sigma cortex converter. I currently run it using all my simagic gear on my ps5. Also works on my ps5 pro

​@@TheSimCircuit Yes indeed. I wrote a comment two minutes ago and in the first week made a crappy video about it.. only to show that the rotaries work as well, when you program it in the SimPro Manager. Got my thumb rotaries on the GT Neo work as well with the same method.

Something I have not payed much attention to but yeah looks very easy the neo has 2 screws it's seems holding the shifters 🤔

@TheSimCircuit it's really one of the better features of simagic. Instead of having to send your entire wheel in to get it repaired, you can just contact your distributer, get the part and easily fix it yourself. It seems my p1000 pedals would be the same should anything ever go wrong with them. Also, the new products look exciting, my only hope is they at least offer the option of red accents on them to match the rest of my rig. Heck, with that new modular wheel, offering several accent color options would be epic.
