The HeartMath Institute are the HRV pioneers. They started popularizing HRV decades ago and have a very good free HRV course.

I learned so much and I appreciate how vulnerable and real you are with your teaching. That was a ton of great information. Very informative. I loved the gratitude mile walk comparison. Fascinating.

Thank you! Means a lot to hear someone say that. I do so much research and try my best to condense it. Sometimes by the time I release a video, I'm not sure if it will make much sense or resonate with people.

@@Project.Andrew This was my first comment ever on TH-cam. People need a lot more like you! I wanting you to know that. Just keep going, people are going to see the effort you put in. The quality of your videos is amazing! And good luck with the 75 day hard challenge, I was thinking to do it too :) Wish you the best from Germany - Samantha

Great video! I track my HRV using my Oura ring. I find that food timing makes a huge difference in my results. Eating too close to bed tanks my results. During a 3 day water fast my HRV improves immensely. Good luck with your channel. I’m really enjoying the content so far

Thanks for the comment! I didn't notice a huge impact from food timing, but I have been intermittent fasting for a long time, with at least 7 hours between my last meal and going to bed.

Love your channel! This is the second of your videos Ive watched and I subscribed after the first one. I am on a very similar parth right now (my HRV is absolutely terrible), cryotherapy, studying Blueprint, etc. Looking forward to following your journey.

Thanks so much for your kind comment! Love connecting with people on a similar path.
I haven’t experimented with cryotherapy yet, would love to try some time though.

@@Project.Andrew I don't have the patience or fortitude to do ice baths so cryo it is. I'm lucky that my gym has a tank. I highly recommend it!

I’m learning about tracking HRV and am wondering why you track with both whoop band and Apple Watch. Why is there a difference in HRV between the two devices?

I suggest to make more research on melatonin (for example by reading the book why we sleep) as it's not the best supplement to take. Your body should be able to produce it naturally and you should use it only to overcome jetlag.
