JX Tactical Fat Guy Holster with TLR7 Review!
THE M77 IS KNOWN TO SHOOT ALL OVER THE PLACE I SHOT MANY RIFFLES BUT M77 ALWAYS SHOOTS ALL OVER THE PLACE TO BE HONEST MY AK-47 SHOOTS BETTER THAN MY RUGER M77 270 WINCHESTER.
I understand this shooter. The technique of shooting a revolver and especially handling the trigger is very different. The shooter is clearly accustomed to semi-automatic pistols and is a little afraid of a revolver.
I have one exactly like this chambered in 300 win mag. Great rifle
I watched and needed to comment since I have the same setup. First, that is NOT a junk scope. Yes, it is an older Bushnell, but made when they were produced by Bausch & Lomb with good, clear, quality glass. On that particular scope, you must use a coin or screwdriver to remove the top cap of the elevation turret and REMOVE the little internal BDC ring. Then you can access the silver internal elevation knob and you will get MUCH more adjustment room. Then, after you zero the rifle using that internal knob, replace the BDC ring with the appropriate yardage of your zero showing in the little window and tighten down the top screw. BAM you can now rapidly adjust your rifle to different ranges with ease. I have the same model scope on a 1982 M77 in 7mm Rem Mag and it shoots nice tight groups with ease. Enjoy that scope and DON'T just throw it away!
You have a bad scope. Just put another scope on it.
I have several of these rifles. I float the barrel add a little epoxy on the front of the action. Then by reloading a round that the gun likes they shoot tight groups. Over the years I have had a few scopes go bad. A bad scope will drive you nuts.
I'd hate to spend 600 if it eject like your gun. I demand a smith action on bolt guns.
My local GS has a 1200 in 30 06. Beautiful stock has nice inlay. Very nice forward handhold and love the cheek piece stock. Monte Carlo. They asking 600 dollars. I'd love to have it. Very nice condition . It's a bit high in price imo.
awesome review thanks
Funny part about the wing being in between the kydex layers is that the only part of the wing that ever gets snagged is the block part of the wing. Would be better of ot used a dark wing. The best option I've seen is the lever design I've seen on the Tactipac holdsters. Unfortunately they don't sell them separately & have a shot selection for holdsters. The other thing I would improve on this holdster is make more adjustment on how deep you can carry it. I prefer to carry it deeper than it does. Fattac holdsters are the only ones I've seen eith that option & it's one of my favorite holdsters. Again, they have a do do selection.
I have a Parker Hale 7mm mag bolt action rifle, looks identicle to yours, it has a stamping on the barrel "Importer Jana Denver Col, for your info.
Wait… the action is not a toggle lock action?
get rid of the foam before it gets rid of ur gun
Plane circling the battlefield is a nice period touch.
I have one from 1974 I to love SP1’s nothing looks like them. I to must be crazy
Ruger scope rings are different heights for front and back receiver positions, one of the correct "matching pair" being taller than the other. Perhaps these got switched? Ruger rings are different in that a set contains two different heights. There is a front and a rear ring.
I have hunted many times with a mini thirty and put countless rounds on targets. Zero issues with brass ammo……. However, it hates the steel case.
I have several of these Huskies, yours appears to be a FN98 M640 I believe , mine are primarily 1640s, the notch on the right side likely from a peep sight mounted at one time. These are superbly built rifles, very comparable to the pre-64 Winchester.
Longer handle?
Be honest do the hammer snag?
The hammer to short, up at extreme angle, bites the dog out of the thumb. The grip pushes 2nd finger up into trigger guard, incredible pinch. This is a pass! YT reviews are herendously dishonest , what’s new. No woman can pull hammer.
Great video
SEALS CARIED THEM IN NAM........
1973, I owned a full auto M16A1 before the world went weird. That went to an FFL a long time ago. Oh, 1973 USAF Security Policeman also.
Good info!!!
FN 503 first gun
What size holster is that? A size 2? Their website says a size 2 for my 4" Kimber Pro Carry, but I'd prefer a holster that doesn’t have an extra 1" or so length for 5" 1911s. BTW, I found Versacarry through your video and ordered an IWB delta for my Sig P365X and I love it.
Do you own a Punisher sticker?
I have a Star Model B. A safe queen. It says 9MM on it.Not Largo or 9x anything. I didn’t know and shot 9x19. The first round went off and all the rest of the mag tried to come out which caused a major jam. After I cleared it, same thing. The 4th, 5th and 6th round fired without a problem. Got to the last round and the firing pin would even leave a mark on the primer . Thought there was something wrong with it.Nope. Wrong ammo. Works like a champ with 9x23 ! Very nice firing pistol for almost a hundred years old.
To get the mag out easily hold the mag release button down and it will fall right out
I own a few and love them.
Great review, I bought my 43 today. I wanted a sub as my primary is a p320 m18 and I thought I wanted a p365 but the 43 feels and operates so much better as a versatile sub
Mine will be here today...... So excited 😅
That was a horrible attempt at sighting in. Use a fresh target not one with dozens of holes in it. Good grief 😔. Bore sight with the bolt out. Use rear bag. Just basic things .
I had one that was a gift. A 1952 in 270.
As for ride height adjustability, you could always throw on a DDC Mod 4 clip.
They finally got it right with the VSKA. They are indeed very accurate and the trigger is nice.
I like this review and appreciate how he tried to be as pc about everything he said.
That guy was an idiot, I own that same pistol and I’ve looked for yrs for another one and I can’t find one. I read there wasn’t a lot of 357 Sig made n the XD compared to the other calibers. I love mine it’s never hiccup one time and it’s pretty accurate if u can hold it on. Sand bagging it will practically cut the same hole at 15 yards. I will never part with mine. I love the caliber because it’s so flat shooting u can hit man torso targets easy at 50 yards if u can hold it on and it still has good knock down power. Really it’s like a 9mm magnum that don’t exist but it’s like a 22 and 22 magnum comparison. Lot more powder behind 357 Sig.
I just saw your video.. i know you flick your wrist when opening.. is that necessary.. i have one knife it flies open the rest of them you have to put some zip on your finger or use a wrist flick to assist your finger.. thanks
I keep finding these reviews which just tell you what the manual will tell you. What I would recommend is trying to break into each safe so we can see which ones are easiest to get into. Far more interesting.
I have a Husqvarna Vapenworks A.B featherweight also with no model number. It has a crown over H and underneath says Nitro. I have no clue either what model it is. It is chambered in 6.5x55 which was only available in the older Nitro 1950's rifles. I guess I answered my own question it is a Nitro. I thought that Nitro was a proof mark, but it is actually the model. It looks new hard to believe it was from the 50's. Husqvarna built rifles long before chainsaws around 1900.
I was looking for a vest. Other vest are 500$
If you're going to carry a gun... why would you NOT carry this? It's the only thing I'd carry.
Good video kid- 👍
Is the red scope riser a 1" or .75"? Im having a hard time co witnessing my scope
Enjoyed the review , do the sights co witness & it direct mounted without a plate! Thank you .
I have been a ccw person for 50 plus years and I have had all the newest greatest guns that have come out from revolvers to semi autos had a 43 when they first came out sold it when the 365 was the thing , a week ago found a 43 used for $ 330.00 so Ive come full circle back to the gun that started it all after years of buying the newest wiz bang gun of the month but this is what happens when your a gun nut and we know what and who we are My back is a reck from a duty belt that weighs a lot and im not going to save the world anymore just me and my wife let the tactical ninjas in youtube world do that its a good choice for the normal people today
Does it hold zero
got two Rugers, a Super Redhawk with a 9.5" barrel , and a Super Blackhawk with a 10.5" barrel, both .44 mag. I read that the long barrels mitigate some of the recoil. it's all I wanna shoot. Keep working at it. If you "lock-up" again, it's probably the base pin not clearing the transfer bar around the firing pin. Check to see if the base pin is fully seated. Also, when you cock the hammer, point the gun up, that helps the transfer bar clear the firing pin. I hear that the best bullet for .44 mag is a 240 grain. I reload with 240 grain hi-tek hardcast wadcutters, Keith style. They work good at 25 yards with iron sights.
