First banners everyone get it at the same time because of update. On second banners Asia get it first because of no update. Characters banners are within 90 pulls and light cones banners are within 80 pulls

Genshin definitely has the updates at the same time for every region. Its only things that start during the patch like events and the second banner that are different times based on region, which I believe is the same in HSR.

I don't know if you found out yet, Firefly's eidolons (Es/character copies) are very impactful to her performance compared to her lightcone. I'm not trying to be mean or anything, I'm just letting you know. It also gives you something to think about when she gets a rerun.

How was your experience with her at np1? I am getting mixed responses on that. Some people saying anything less than np3 is unusable. Some saying np1 is ok already, because she is still a bg setvant, despite lack of oberon.

You need to watch/read Kara no kyoukai, I think it was the first Novel nasu released, it is highly recommended.

Sorry to see you weren't able to get her! Here's hoping your next banner is a lot better! As someone who also worked at one of these private schools in Japan, I understand the exhaustion of these kinds of days. I was fortunate enough to be at an adult-only school since I was located in a larger city, but I was in the minority as all the other schools seemed to be mixed with kids and adults. Having 7 classes back to back is something I'd never wish on anyone. x_x I also had the speaking pattern change when I came back. It took awhile to get over that, haha!
