@@deadwolf98 use a vpn, set it to japan and create a google account with any random jp address. If that doesnt work for you then you probably need to remove every google account from your phone except the jp one. If doing that also doesnt work (probably payments not going through due to your card issuer) then try paypal, and change the google automatic payment currency conversion option on paypal from paypal to your card issuer or vice versa and try again. If that also doesnt work then i honestly have no idea.
Does Iphone(apple appstore) have the same payment restrictions like google play since aug 2022? If not I might gonna switch to appstore soon. already tried vpns, emulators and buying jp digital google play card(can't redeem unless you are in japan, vpn ineffective)
