Back when I lived in America I used APKpure to download the JP version of the game. There might be better ways to do it now, so I'd Google it. If you're using Apple, then you'd just have to make a JP apple account and download FGO while logged into that. As for the Google Play card, I'm not sure to be honest. I've never had an issue using debit cards, but I'm not sure how picky they are about Google Play credit. You might just have to Google that one for more info
