Eggs. Tons of meals require eggs. Meatloaf, fried rice, meatballs for the spaghetti you were talking about. Omelets for breakfast. Cooking can be easy once you find an ingredient to rock around.

That's true. Eggs are kinda intimidating to me. As a standalone dish they're simple enough, but once you start using them as an ingredient in more complex dishes, I'm at a complete loss 😂 I'm sure it's not that complicated if I just take the time to experiment with it
