Centerline Competizione exhaust for Alfa Romeo Guilia Q4 - cold start
มุมมอง 2076 หลายเดือนก่อน
2018 Alfa Romeo Guilia Q4 (2.0l) Centerline Competizione 3"cat back exhaust with stainless tips Squadra tuned. Just a short clip of a cold start this exhaust is a newer version that has the a Helmholz resonator to kill drone, it does that very well too. Exhaust is very good on the highway and around town. Not too loud, not to stock either. Sounds very nice under load paddling through the gears.

Sovol SV06 mods

Short video of the state of my new Sovol Sv06 modded build. Reasons for the mods 1. Stock bearing are poorly greased if at all, and some of them look like they are missing bearings which you can really feal and hear it. Any odd vibrations, unsmooth and inconsistent travel from these bearings introduces noise in the prints on the X axis. 2. Stock Steppers are very buzzy, hot, and feel like they ...

Dimensional accuracy when printing Voron 2.4 parts on Ender 3 S1 Pro

This is a short discussion about the importance of flow calibration to ensure dimensionally accurate parts are printed for your Voron builds. I found the tolerance were exceptionally tight on some of the function adjustment parts, specifically on the extruder assembly, and my calibrations were off for my flow rate with ABS. This resulted in some fat parts! I recalibrated my rates after doing a ...

    I know it's 2 years later, but you can internally wire the usb by soldering a 4 pin header on the provided holes just under the usb port (s1 silent mb). Ground (black), data+ (green) , data - (white) and positive (red), which you wouldn't use. Hack a usb cord up to plug into the header and no more messy usb cord sticking out.

    All my tools are m&p in love them with a passion however in my 45acp I’ve had a few mag springs give out on me 10rd mag I’ll get about half the rounds out then that’s it they won’t feed however the mags are roughly 7 years old I’m guessing it may be common I’m not sure , my Glock is much older and I’ve kept a couple mags fully loaded and never had that happen , anyways now I’m concerned about my shield it’s my daily ccw and obviously my life depends on it I love it but in the back of my mind the mag springs nags me it’s a concern , if anyone has experienced the same and or knows of reliable springs for full sized m&p and shield please point me in right direction? I seen some say extra power I’m guessing those are a bit longer or possibly thicker but I have no clue what to do

    So far car has been great the exhaust note is interesting I half expected it to sound similar to a 2.3 EBM because the turbo is mounted to the head directly, but it doesnt, I think its because only the exhaust side of the valves are camshaft controlled, I believe the intake valves are oil pressure solenoid controlled or similar. It is a sohc engine so.

    Nice! Looks like the part fan setup is much upgraded. I just designed a dual 5015 holder for the SV07+ (it's up on printables) and am figuring out how to adjust the cooling profiles for different materials. What ran fabulously on PLA is causing me grief on PETG - specifically too much cooling when overhangs take an inside turn. Any pointers? TIA

    Awesome job! I'd love some sort of step by step instructions. Especially for the hotend/extruder rebuild. Did you have any issues with your left side of your bed showing way lower when auto bed leveling. I've tried everything I can think of and can't fix it

    • @AwestruckOffRoadingHertz
      @AwestruckOffRoadingHertz 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      bro Im having the same problem! Even if I level everything manually then do an auto level bed mesh it will start printing high on the right side. I don't understand whats happening.

    • @Bennett_Lab
      @Bennett_Lab 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@AwestruckOffRoadingHertz I've taken apart the printer and rebuilt to make sure perfectly square. The brackets that hold the z motors are definitely not square to the Z posts. I used a shim I found on printables to jam behind them which brings them square. Then I replace both lead screw rods just to take that out as a variable (actually made a difference). I'm running Klipper and I've got the bed mesh variance down from 1.4731 to .1756. All of that and I still can't get a perfect first layer across the entire build plate. I'm now convinced I need to run X twist compensation to smooth it out. Idk

      The only hardware I have upgraded were the fans on the X head. Better 5015 part cooling fan and a better fan for the heat break. It ran fine before, I just wanted a better view. Octoprint made it easier to send jobs to the printer, and I'm working on Klipperizing it now. (Neither are required for normal printing.)

    It looks like you got rid of the Y axis linear rod holders / mounts. Is that right? Do you have an STL if you did? I am so sick of this printer breaking...and those Y axis mounts are super thin...I was trying to diagnose terrible banding....I bought Drylins and while taking it apart, I realized the mounts had snapped...this is after I had to redesign the X axis pulley and fix the extruder. I love the machine, but I can't stand where they took the cheap route.
