So taking your advice. From what ive listened to so far you need to learn to do all these things as a business owner shouldnt ypu learn to do marketing then?
So my question about Logos would be related to what you said about attracting customers with photos of yourself. Should your logo include for example a pipe wrench or something or should it just be more fun and pop?
Awesome. I'm working on opening my own plumbing business here in south Florida. I'd love to have some words of wisdom from you and have a conversation with you if you ever had the time
I put my ball valves in the direction of flow always lol thanks for this podcast I’m getting ready to start my business in North Carolina soon got my p1 license and looking at insurance options now. Lot to the business side I’ve always been focused on the plumbing work not the business side like you said but I’m ready to flip that switch and get busy!!!
Hi there, iv been watching your content, and i just wanted to ask. What advice would you give people who aspire to start a plumbing company in places like England. I assumed there may be something that would be different or have have separate advice.
I want to start my own residential service company in the future but I’m barely starting out I’m thinking of going with this company called roto rooter since they are hiring apprentices but they make you buy your own van I’m not sure how it will work when I want to quit and start working for myself like am I going to be able to keep the van or not. Or should I go with a different company. Although not many are hiring in my area I’m in Houston Texas
I will be starting your program when I feel like I’m getting better in the trade but I’ve got a long way to go I’m willing to work to get to where your at though and your vids help keep me motivated
Shower before bed. Every night. Without fail.
Twice
The majority of my phone calls are “I need a plumber right now“ calls. Usually leaking water supply lines or sewer backups.
This video is GOLD! It’s direct no scheme or hidden agenda, you guys nailed a lot of important key points!
Gross dude. Plumbers should always shower after work before touching anything
Same thing for people who works in Healthcare, people are just nasty.
Depends on the plumbing. Trimming out a new highrise is nice!
I give side work customers a good price not cheap price. I get almost no side work, oh well I can work overtime at my regular job and make more.
I was following untill $1000 average ticket. I do service work and this is crazy to me.
Thanks for all of the content. Looking forward to jumping on board your program.
Glad you enjoy it! Lets go!
I'm thinking about doing plumbing by my self .Why did I learn about hair by the way?
Hey I’ve been loving the content, I don’t even do plumbing but commercial aircon instead and find that similar concepts still apply 👍
Awesome! I love it!

You should definitely understand it from a high level concept. But to learn how to do it yourself would take far too long for you to master.
What do you mean with sidework? 14:48
Hehehe seems tables have turned jerred, now joels not listening😂
Hahaha! True!
I wish they’d just get to the point
True with the ball valve's!! ;-)
I like your video

How long do you need to be a plumber or work under someone before you can open your business in NC?

It’s the same stuff. Look at Pimlico plumbers, charge more, serve the right customer, get to them quick.

Broski I wouldn’t go to roto rooter, I’d try and find a local company or the union. I’ve only heard and seen shotty work from them in my area
Leave Houston, Texas
@@SteveAustin-jp3evWhy leave Houston?
