Have you ever had anyone go on a strictly commission pay scale? Personally I love it. I was able to make more money as an apprentice than some journeyman simply because I was more efficient. I’ve never really experienced any culture problems based upon that and it really increases transparency between the business the worker and all of their coworkers because you’re simply paid on your production.
