Does anyone know how to change the cartridge

I have been seriously shooting with this exact model (1909 patent date) for almost 6 years. I use four 3D printed adapters from Ebay that are made for specifically for 116 to 120 film. I cover the back red window on the inside with black tape. To keep the narrower 120 film flat, I lightly tacked in very, very thin black plastic side rails I cut from a to-go food tray. When I unscrewed the front of the camera to clean the viewing windows , little mirrors, and front part of the lens, I added a non-rimmed medium yellow filter to boost the contrast a little (very lightly tacked in). As a final addition, I put a black elastic band around the front portion of the camera where it meets the back section to eliminate any possible light leaks. Why do I do all of this? Because I have traveled across the US photographing historical Disney locations using this camera the Disney family purchased when they moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 1911. I am from the UK and have just ordered one of these with my Christmas money I got from family. I have heard mixed reviews regarding this product but overall for the price it seems to be pretty good quality compared to a lot of tape recorders these days.

Do you repair old cameras?

I have the same one and mine was able to take 600 film, which shows the 10 slide!

Did you say that the battery is attached to the film cartridge? That’s so weird

I believe you're supposed to wind the camera first and then adjust the speed of the exposure.

What happens if you have a film in the camera but you accidentally spin the “film lock”? Mine seems like it can spin very easily when handling the camera.

I just grabbed one up at a fair price... This table smokes my old Sony... not even close

Picked one up while thrifting. No idea how to use it but I liked the heft and look of it. Sadly the battery cover is corroded shut and looks like the winding mechanism is also toast.

I’ve just purchased one of these, I’m using a neutral filter with color 600 film as I read it’s possible I’ve installed it all correctly. But when I take pictures my film isn’t developing it just shows black or grey images I’m in a very well lighted room. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Did you find a replacement battery that works in this camera? The original batteries were mercury cells and are no longer made....

Picked up one of these snd theres no light leaks but the lens is blurry no matter what i try, i put some wax paper on the focal plane to check the focus but its stil incredibly blurry lol

Went alittle too fast explaining the light and dark round button. I was hoping for more explanation of that button and how it works, but everything else was greatly explained. Thanks
