The focusing screen and the prism are two completely different things. The prism is a 'block' of glass (prism) that re-directs the light coming in through the lens onto the focusing screen (usually split image and centre weighted) so the user can gain correct focus by adjusting the lens barrel.

You mean it’s prism? If you have another broken one and open the top you can probably replace
