Already too ripe and old to pick.all yellow. You should pick when it is greenish and slightly yellow
😂😂😂
I learnt the hard way- 4:30 am, birds squaking eating our grapes too!- there was 1 bunch ONLY left ..so 2nd year, I got ready for them...they are bagged now! <3 (Brisbane)
I'm highly allergic to many foods (Gluten Lactoce) acidic fruits (I'm a Coeliac, no tomatoes, no strawberries- maybe 1 in 6 months?) - & PINEAPPLES! I'm hoping that when I cook it, it'll be edible for me? <3 <3
The end of this made me laugh haha get a 🍍 pineapple up ya, well.. maybe dont 😂
Nice video
Thank you so much. I like the way you talk n explains so easy to fellow because you talk at a natural pace. I did fellow that recipe exactly as you show your wife is doing. It's really beautiful mulberry pie. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you n your wife. Simple n easy. I have 3 trees of mulberry like you n huges also. Many thanks for the recipe. Very very nice.
As litte kids we would play in the rain and aa adult we are afraidbif getting wet
Gardening in the rain is awesome
Got a mulberry tree in the backyard only a few steps away. Spend some time picking mulberries outside my home then turning it into a delicious pie.
We're lucky enough to have enough berries to make a cake.. was thinking a few cups mulberries, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla essence an soke brown sugar, cream inside the pie blended together an then adding pectin to make it more tart like . A milk an cream reduction would be alright as well to add protein potentially im just a bit on the inexperience side wondering if it will all go bad within a day in the fridge after i make it lol
Fan forced or conventional?
How long it take to fill thst make good compost?
whipper snipper? LOL
Don't worry about us, But As someone who has grown in milk jugs before. Don't open them up near the bottom until the bottom inch or so. Basically you leave a pan at the bottom by doing that. Holds water a bit longer. I also find tightly packing them in a kitty pool and using the kitty pool as a giant water basin helps. You can control the fill lines by controlling the kitty pool's water line. Done correctly you can add small fish and get free fertilizer for the plants too.
Hey mate, looks excellent. Cant believe its been two years mate! Need an update on how its all chugging along. Are you loving your new kitchen? :)
The ground is soft then too so it’s easier to pull weeds and do transplants (don’t need to worry about watering them in when it’s raining 😂)
Hi from Germany 🇩🇪 thank you for that information. I just harvested my second white wonder cucumber. The first one was bitter so I waited longer this time. I thought is was still too early. Happy to know NOW it was to late.
great video!!Thank you!!
I would add some garlic, shallots & use olive oil rather than vegetable oil. That’s how I learned.
i agree with you very much Mark
I'm from Chile and just bought the yellow one :) the transport and taxes doubled the price :/ but from what i'm hearing it'll be super worth it because i, as an autistic person can't handle using loud motored tools...I will tell you how it goes ;)
Thanks Mark!
Same bro
I haven't followed long enough to know if you tried this again but I think it is obvious that at this time you were far from self sufficient as are all of us. However had it been a real survival situation, you definitely would have gone fishing to try to get some meat. You might want to think about having chickens that hatch their own or having a few bantam chickens that will hatch their own. Rabbits might be a good option as well. But to do something like this you have to be pretty dedicated to it and you have to get rid of all those excuses as to why you can't do it. With a garden as big as yours, you really ought to be stocked up on home canned and dehydrated goods. I would like to hear all about what you actually eat every meal during one of these "experiments" instead of just why you can't do things.
“Well maybe don’t” 😂😂😂😂😂
Why did i have to resubscribe? I've been following this channel for years. Oh well. Screw tube at it again. 😆 Blessings to you and your family.
I like it because the plants and fungi are thriving. I like the lighting conditions and the humidity. I like the calm times during the rainy days when its still and the birds start calling out across the neighbourhood. Being out in the rain is taboo for some reason too, so I also feel a little courageous getting out there!
I do too, and walking in the rain. I don’t understand the people that don’t like getting wet. Don’t they shower?
Damn that's one variety. Seems like in Canada we only get one kind and when they're right there about 80% yellow 20% green what's a yellow never gets THAT yellow. That thing looks like it's glowing lol
Would love to see how you use your produce, recipes and storage. Love your show 😊
❤
Thank you for the information
Hey Mark, did you grow them from pineapple tops?
Hows the reno coming along?
Can't remember who said it: "Some people feel the rain, others just get wet"
