Yes you can’t compare shooting a hammer fired especially and 1911 to any Glock or other striker fired gun

I have an MC9 in my magazine. I used the Hurley Welding mag extension to change the control. The MC9 does need more stimpiling. Look to buy an LS later when there is more support for it.

Great pistol. I have a B and a BD model and I love them both. But if I volunteered by taking one into the proverbial “Ukraine war,” I’d stick with the trusted Beretta 92FS for “old school” metal 9mm’s. (*Off topic: If I could choose anything, I’d take a gen5 Glock 17 however). Also, the 75B series copied more from the 1948 designed Sig P210 and just a little bit of the Browning Hi Power in design. There’s a Czech author (forgot his name now) and CZ historian that has a book written all in Czechoslovakian. It’s a “CZ BIBLE” if you will. In his book, he details how the two brothers that designed the pistol, took more ideas from the P210 than FN’s Hi Power.

Anyway, you are right as to the hammer fired guns, they are smoother then the striker fired atleast for me. Thanks for the honesty. That's why I always say most big channels do presentations not reviews as they want to call it themselves.

Interesting review. Also enjoyed the Bubix background info. I'm recoil sensitive and appreciate the heads-up about that. Other reviewers have made the same observation. Maybe they would have been smarter to keep the frame in polymer?

That's a classy looking pistol. I'd be hesitant to scratch such a nice looking pistol. Year's ago my husband was in the West Coast during the winter. He shot at the outdoor L.E. range in heavy rain. After the official shooting was over. I shot the course and was soaking wet. I shot a Glock G 45. 9MM. It's definitely an experience you'll never forget as your soaking wet. I'm thinking about this Bul Armory pistol for a CCW. Idk if I can not carry the Walther PDP as it would be like not tying ones shoes. Maybe carry the Bul Armory in my briefcase as the Walther would remain on me 🤔 Thanks again for sharing your expertise. Your absolutely correct about the Stacatto. They had a cult following. The fat cops that fell into the myth and never took care of their pistols are slowly going back to Sig, Glock or other approved sidearms. The realibily of a Stacatto is an issue..... Solid video. I really like Bul and I would really enjoy that tool, but my only concern is "if" something happens, how readily can you get replacement parts, since they have to come from Israel and as you note qualified gunsmiths that match their standards. With normal times and transportation...no issues, but in today's world... not so sure. Keep making great guns Bul-Armory and Graham, keep sharing the news.

I currently carry a PSA Dagger Micro, and it's not too bad. However, I have been strongly considering replacing it with one of these or the regular MC9. Purly because the trigger is a lot better than the Dagger Micro. Which seems to make a big difference when the gun is so small and light.

I like the Bul Armory guns conceptually. I've handled some of their Jericho (Cherokee) pistols and honestly I was impressed. I've heard a lot of good things about their 2011s but honestly that's not my cup of tea. I wish they did a Glock 49 analog in their axe line. All in all I feel like they're becoming one of those brands that "if you know, you know", much like grand power (and how CZ was 20 years ago).

The Axe Hatchet is more in my budget but thanks for another great video.

They might want to make the serial # shorter. Some state make it a issue to print long Serial #'s on permits... Its a pain in the butt

I have a double stack 1911. I'm more interested in the new striker fired . Does anyone know when it is getting released? The first one reminded me of a glock and a vp9. If they change that back strap on the grip . I'll be the first one to order one .

Unfortunately "nah, not big enough" is the type of attitude we smaller channels encounter a LOT. Quantity over quality. 💯

I have had some experience with Fusion Firearms, and while I found them very well made no one who was looking for a 1911 was interested due to the lack of brand recognition. I like the idea of "take a 2011 and fix the major issues by doing what Glock did". Also I still run my slide release that "classic" way, CZs have the same manual of arms.

As you know, I am an enthusiastic Platypus owner and also have a Bul EDC. I think this looks like a mix of the two in some ways. I'm amused that the slide release which seems like a very good thing to me ( and I think to you as well ) is seen as a strong negative by other reviewers on YT. I'm interested enough in this Fusion XP Pro that it may replace the front runner on my "want list" for 2025. I don't care much for Glocks but I find their magazines to be reliable and affordable. I just bought five G17 mags for less than the amount two "2011" mags for my LFA Apollo 11 cost me.

Long time POF customer and fan but my 16 PD Revolution wasn’t impressive in the accuracy department and has been picky with different cans on it. Got a 22 inch 6mm Creedmoor Rogue upper with the Dictator Adj gas block on a Black Friday deal and it shoots great with or without a can. If I was buying a Revolution again it would be the DI version as it’s even lighter and seems to be more accurate.

Fellow lefty here. I still carry the original UC 9. A couple sticking points have led me to never change after 7 years. 1) I don’t believe in carrying without a round in the chamber. 2)holstering aiwb without a manual safety/external hammer is still an uncomfortable feeling for me. This platform allows me to safely carry one in the chamber with no manual safety needed while safely holstering with my thumb on the hammer. 3) fully ambi. I have considered a 365 or hellcat with a safety, but I now have 7 years of training and not having to mess with a safety to draw and shoot. So I’d rather carry with a heavy trigger pull and peace of mind vs worry about messing with a safety while the bad guy is trying to get me

I used to own a bunch of striker fired guns. Have a few DA/SA, which is my favorite. I "grew up" with the Beretta M9 so that's what I'm used to. I have recently sold all of my strikers because those are just not my thing. Nothing bad against that platform. I do, however, still own one striker fired gun. That is my Stoeger STR-9c. It's basically a Turkish Glock, and it is pretty basic. I almost sold that one, but decided to keep it. It shoots well, very accurate and the grip has the perfect finger grooves on it for me. Yes, I prefer finger grooves. My Bersa Thunder has grooves and I love shooting that little sucker. So, yeah, I'll keep my Stoeger for a while longer. Thinking about getting one of these Girsans. Theres not many options for DA/SA in 9mm that is the size of the 380 pistols. I do have an FNH FNX9, which to me is the ultimate duty, carry, home defense, go to war side arm pistol. Again, that's just my opinion, not claiming it's the best out there. I had owned one, then sold it, then regretted selling it, so I bought another one. LOL

How does this compare to the Beretta APX1 Compact? The main difference I see is that the Beretta is wider, but I;m wondering about the overall quality of the guns.
