Tetima kasih
great game. Thanks!
You played well Aschi. I like to see how you use the Anti and the SP very effectively
How does this compare to abs 2 evo 2.3mm
A-B-S 3 is slower and has less spin reversal than A-B-S 2 EVO
would the abs 3 pair well with a maze alc? If so what thickness
Hello Andrea! First of all I would like to congratulate you for your game. I am very glad every time you post a new video I would be very interested if you tested the 1,7 pink sponge. If so, what is your opinion? Thank you for your response in advance!
Hello! I never had a chance to try the thinner version. I prefer the two rubbers (fh and bh) to have similar millimeters so that the weight is not unbalanced. 😉
Aiutami a capire. Grazie Andrea.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to compare the 2 sponges 1,7 and 2,3, and I can say without doubt that the 2,3 pink version ia much better. The blocks are very short Control are supperior 1,7 is to fast for an OFF+ carbon blade To be noted that Abs 3 Pro topsheet generates with pink and yellow sponges more spinreversal compared to normal ABS. Also better than vortex topsheet wich is very thick like ABS Thank you Andrea for your response!
Where can i buy this rubber?
Der-materialspezialist website
ciao Andrea.
@@AndreaAschigrazie Andrea. Grazie
Very horrible...i love it. If you can give some advices, can you tell ys how to serve and how to attack. Do you have more issues against players only playing attacking with flat ball (no spin) and no spin serve.
I tried DMS Storkraft and DN ABS 2 Evo and I'm really at a lost. I guess decades of using no sponge LP is ingrained in my system permanently.
Spong 2,5 ??
2.3mm
Grazie Massimo, troppo buono! 🙂
Hahaha sei simpaticissimo!
❤️ :)

Any water based glue is fine 😉

pink sponge 2.3 mm and topsheet ABS normal?
Yes, exactly!
Tutto molto interessante Aski :) Ovviamente bisogna saperla usare se no... chettelodicoaffare!
Ma va!! Basta mettere gomma a caso e fa tutto lei 😜😜
@AndreaAschi certamente xD
If not, replace the sponge, how many mm of ABS rubber do you use?
In some of the tournaments over 50% of my matches are against long pip players it sucks...
I suggest you move to another area! 😁
@@AndreaAschi Exactly what I am in the process of doing but I don't think I will escape it....
Hello Andrea, How many years did you play with anti-spin rubber in backside ? I would like try, but it should be very difficult to adapt. Good continuation, Vincent
Hello Vincent! In a few months it will be exactly 10 years since I started my journey with anti. 🥳 I understand your initial concern. My personal experience, however, has been the opposite. In 2015 I started trying different anti during the summer break and after only 2 months of training I greatly improved what was my previous personal best ranking
@@AndreaAschi Hello Andréa, Thanks to you for your honest feedback. I've never tried the anti spin. But this a rubber for which people are not used to dealing with. So, in my opinion, this a risk which worth being taken. Thanks to you, Best regards, Vincent
Hello, how do you remove the sponge from ABS ?
I don't do anything special. I simply try to remove the topsheet from the sponge by starting at one corner and making a light controlled upward pressure. With most of Dr. Neubauer's anti's this is sufficient while with der-materialspezialist's I have never succeeded like this. There must be other techniques that I am not familiar with, however.
NO SKILL?? 😂 I bet I used at least one year feeling comfortable changing from two times inverted to backhand long pimples Long Defence. Half a year changing to long pimples at the table. Since plastic ball I couldn’t play long pimples anymore and changed over two years feeling comfortable with short pimples forehand and backhand glanti. At the same time transitioning from extremely slow blades to Off blades. Beating good players in Bavaria with such kind of setup is nowhere anything like „no skill“. It’s the exact opposite, but loosing opponents don’t understand that.
Is it the 2 mm ABS version?
2.3mm
Hello! I guess you played with the whole abs series. Can you make a brief comparison between them? What would be the dominant characteristic of each - such as: the most reversal spin; the easiest to use; etc... which one is better for what? Thank you!
Hello! I must preface this by saying that I have only ever used the A-B-S (without the original sponge) in official matches. I have tried other anti (A-B-S 3 and A-B-S 2 PRO) only in training and for a short time. I can therefore make a comparison between these two. A-B-S 2 PRO is the one that absolutely has the best spin reversal (Similar to SuperGlanti). It is fast and difficult to control on an OFF+ blade. It should be used on something slower. It is the ideal rubber if you are able to attack the ball the way Mladenovic does. If you play the anti passively like I do then the A-B-S 3 is better suited...better control, you can use it safely on very fast blades. It is, however, overall a more predictable rubber.
@AndreaAschi thanks a lot. :)
Abs 3 en berbat olanı
the content warning / disclaimer notice is funny 😂
😜😂
haha definitely it s not a no skill strategy. Anti especially frictionless is so hard to master or even get some decent results. You do have the feel and the experience and you put in the hours. People who think this is easy never tried to play with it in their whole lifes. I played anti and use long pips aggressively and find long pips better for my game at my level
Most players don’t know how to play against players who use antispin, but it’s relatively easy. I would win easily; I’m very used to playing against this type of player. Once you identify their strategy, you just need to neutralize it. They are usually weak and hide behind the antispin to score points. By neutralizing that, they have little to offer in terms of technique and performance, making them easy prey.
What you say is all right. The problem is when you face better players with great serve and forehand. 😉
@@AndreaAschiforgot to mention twiddling. I have used anti spin to get a feel of it and I have played against anti and it really depends on their level of using it. Against an amateur anti player sure it’s easy to crack them open because they haven’t developed the toxic anti skill sets yet, but against a high level anti player good luck. It’s hard as to win especially if they can just twiddle without even thinking. People can talk all they want but you have to respect that rubber or you be a victim to it 😜
I played againtst an experienced veteran recently, he asked what rubber I used and I gave him my racket so he could have a look. "Oh, you play with frictionless anti, that I'm familiar with and know how to play against" he said. He didn't understand anything from my anti and I beat him easy. This is not to say that I'm a very good player but to show that it all depends on how you use the rubber. I've played a lot of anti and long pimples players, they all feels different to play against, even two persons with the same rubber. When I played long pimples OX I was often accused of cheating. People saying they have one person in the club with the exact same pimples and they have not the same effect at all and no problems beating them. So it all depends on style, technique and of course also the choice of blade.
You win easily with antispin player? Give me some video please.. I really want to see...😊
How thick is your pink sponge? And do you get the topsheet without sponge or do you remove the original sponge yourself?
The sponge is 2.3mm thick. I bought the topsheet already separated.
@ where can you buy it without sponge?
So much jank I love it haha, nice FH and serves as well! I hate it so much when I do a loop and it comes back loaded with backspin and half long 😂 especially against players who attack if I push back I feel pressured to go for another attack and start messing up everything 😅
Your situation is understandable. 😁 In the game you often do not make the right move because you are under pressure. The solution to this is to have the opportunity to train against certain players so that it becomes automatic to make a better choice.
@AndreaAschi yeah I have been practicing more recently and am getting better at if it's half long/short from the pips and heavy backspin keeping my push half long/short, or going for a good long push deep to the pips side which is working better for me I think, then if they start turning mixing it up with wide FH and being ready to try block the attack. Anyway nice video I just subscribed, be good for me to watch your games as I need more experience playing and watching this play style
Awesome
😊😎
"No skill strategy" is balderdash. I am sorry, but you know very well that the antispin takes loads of skills to be able to handle it, especially against high-ranked players to reach full potential. Whoever states antispin and pimple rubbers take no skill to be used is lying or underestimating the potential these rubbers hide. Whether it takes more skill than a normal inverted rubber, I am not too sure, but definitely takes some skill. Different movements, blade angles. Not only technique or skill, even knowledge about how the color, sponge thickness, pimple structure, the blade, etc affects the performance. Nice collection of footage by the way! Keep up the good work!
Agreed, You don't have to go very high before success with anti becomes harder than with inverted. Even at my level (which isn't really that high) if you're succeeding with anti or long pips then it's because you have very good skills using them.
I know, we know that! The title is deliberately provocative for my "haters" 😁
@@AndreaAschi I see! It is fine then! True nevertheless!
Ciao Andrea sono molto incuriosito dall'anti spin.

@AndreaAschi bene cos'hai montato?
what's the difference between spinlab sponge and original sponge? why it is better?
The two sponges differ in hardness. The original sponge is harder and more direct. It works better if you are a player who uses it aggressively. Since I use anti only passively I find myself better off with the Spinlab one. It is very soft and has better control.
@AndreaAschi if you prefer control and soft sponge, what about abs 2soft(or other abs soft version)?I heard that soft means sponge is softter and better control, is it true abs soft can replace your spinlab sponge?because I have no way to buy this sponge.thanks.
Is it possible for u to make a guide of how u glue ur anti, like how u attach the new sponge? Remove the old sponge from the abs? 😅
I used a Glue Sheet. so much easier and way less hassle, just Google it
What version and thickness is your A-B-S rubber? You have a fast blade, and it seems this rubber would play well on a Viscaria. Thank you in advance.
A-B-S (1) 2.3mm Spinlab pink sponge
@@AndreaAschi Perhaps you could advise which of the A-B-S, A-B-S 3, or A-B-S 3 Pro would be the slowest and in which thickness? Am I correct in understanding that the thicker the sponge in an anti-spin rubber, the slower it becomes? Thank you.
@@garik70707 ABS3 Pro is the slowest of them all. And yes, the thicker the sponge, the slower it is. But also: the thicker the sponge, the less spin reversal it has. I don't know what blade Andrea uses at the moment but it's a quiet fast one. Love to you @Andrea, Jörg😘
Grazie
@@AndreaAschi Do you have to modify the rubber or is there one for sale?

Grande. Mi fa piacere! 🤟🏻🤟🏻
Super Glanti is the best frictionless antispin over all performance. The black version is extremely hard to control. You played very slow blade in this video?
DMS Scooper def so yeah a slow blade.
Exactly ;)
@@AndreaAschi by the way, which one did you prefer between Super Glanti black and super glanti attack ? Which one has more spin reversal and speed ?
I like the attack version better overall since it is more manageable and still has an incredible ability to reverse spin. The black version remains unbeatable on spin reversal and speed
Black version is unbeatable and and uncontrollable 😅 (except very slow def blade like Balsa 2.5 for example or the wall or scooper like it seems). BUT: On the right blade normal Super Glanti is outstanding in all aspects compared to other Glantis. Depends on the style of play of course.
I saw you got a lot chances to smash him by the back hand
What is the difference from looks or appearance this soft version to normal version thanks
I like.......tank you so much kayu sama karet merk apa ya?
As an anti player for many years, i have had good success. But id say without twiddling and using both sides of rubber with confidence, players can become use to it. So, rather than relying totally on the anti, it pays to be aggressive when the chances arise.......anti has its good points and also bad points ..😊
