In May 2022, thanks to the invitation I received from the legendary Jörg @TheSunnyHands , I flew to Weinheim, Germany to participate in the "two castles tournament" organized by TTV Weinheim-West.
The result was incredible, with first place achieved by winning the tournament. (Herren B / Men B - up to 1700 TTR)
In this video you will see the highlights of the tournament.
It will be followed in the next few days by the matches played in the next tournament (Herren A / Men A) that led me to reach a total of 1922TTR points.

Andrea non so come ci sei finito nella tana dei lupi mannari ma COMPLIMENTI 🎉 per davvero. Si sa che li il livello è nettamente più alto pertanto hai dato una grande prova che ti rende pronto per le competizioni importanti. Magari un giorno se decidi di venire dalle mie parti ( forse ricordi dove vivo ormai da anni ) ti organizzo qualche incontro o ti inserisco in qualche torneo di 2 cat . 😂

@@AndreaAschi un conto è fare muretto e basta... diverso girare e tirare, una curiosità ma la gomma blu e la gomma nera se uno è daltonico le riconosce? Perché a colpo d'occhio anche in base ai riflessi della luce mi sembra meno automatico riconoscere il lato.

Quello che posso dirti invece é che diverse persone mi hanno fatto notare che il blu della gomma "infastidisce" la visuale con il blu del tavolo. Ad esempio sui servizi un paio di avversari mi hanno detto confondeva la vista dell'impatto della pallina.

Il concept del video mi piace un sacco, ma credo che avresti potuto sfruttarlo meglio: avrei personalmente preferito un video più "alla cerea" dove separavi le varie partite con i punti migliori, perché vedere 12 minuti di punti "un po' a caso" seppur belli risulta un po' pesante a mio parere
Sul fatto che si potesse rendere più coinvolgente hai perfettamente ragione.
Ho optato per farlo così (che richiede pure molto più tempo a editarlo rispetto a come dici tu) perché il mio telefono ha pensato bene di far partire un aggiornamento proprio mentre registravo la finale...quindi mi manca la partita più importante.

It's obvious you won because at this level players have probably 0 exposure to players playing with frictionless antispin. Since one of our club players started playing with LP I find it much easier to play against other LP players. So for some is hard to regularly practice against LP, let alone antispin. But I guess that's the main advantage.
It certainly helped that I had an uncommon style. 😉
