15 Bootlegs From My Collection
Bootleg recordings have been around since the beginning of the recording industry. The first bootlegs were performances of operas from the early 1920s recorded on cylinders using primitive recording equipment. By the late 60s and early '70s, recording equipment became more sophisticated, Thus, bootleggers began recording rock acts and releasing them on vinyl. I'll be showing some bootlegs I've collected over the years by such artists as Radio Birdman, The Byrds, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin and a whole lot more. Opening track, Domino, by the Cramps, from the bootleg Weekend On Mars

December is upon us and time to reflect on the past year, that is, reflect on the many great records I found this year! Digging in local record stores and searching for records online, I came up with some great albums by such bands as The Amboy Dukes, High Tide, The Electric Prunes, The Bit A Sweet and a whole lot more. The Druids of Stonehenge open with Bring It On Home, from their 1968 debut ...

15 Albums from 1978
มุมมอง 775หลายเดือนก่อน
1978 was the year punk became new wave, record labels and mainstream media had no idea what to do with punk, so they gave it a new name, to make it more acceptable to a mainstream audience. And some punk bands went along with this, even changing their sound somewhat to appeal to a larger audience. I'll be showing albums by Television, the Rolling Stones, Budgie, the Ramones and a whole lot more...

As the psychedelic movement began to gain popularity, record companies saw a chance to cash in on the trend, with LPs by fictional bands made up of studio musicians. One of those musicians was Jerry Cole, who was probably the most prolific of them all, appearing on such albums as The Animated Egg, T. Swift and the Electric Bag, The Projection Co., The Stingers all of which are featured in this ...

At one point in the early '70s, psychedelic music was on the wane, newer bands were being more experimental in their musical approach, adding classical and folk to a rock format. Thus began the era of progressive rock, which gave us some great albums, a few that I'll be showing here will be from bands such as Jane, Aphrodite's Child, Amon Duul II, Genesis and many more. 1977 was an exciting year for music, thanks to the worldwide punk movement. This Week's Playlist #11 I Got The Blues!
Nice collection of bootlegs. It has gotten so much easier to get bootlegs now. In the 80s I would go to record shows and the biggest score was to find a bootleg. I lost a lot of my old bootlegs from Zepplin and Floyd which was disappointing. There are so many boots on Cramps albums.
Hey Michael! Nice Bootlegs collection! I don’t think I own a single boot Wait, maybe one It’s Alice In Chains live in LA maybe? I can’t remember I just remember Layne Staley performing in a foot cast as he had broken his foot prior to the show. I’m not really a live album guy so boots have never appealed to me. Although I do have some unofficial studio releases of some psych albums. In fact I just scored one that will show up in today’s video. Great video Michael Who knows maybe I’ll start picking up some boots I see em around a lot! Peace Brother! ✌️👽
Hey Michael! Cool boots! That Radio Birdman sounds interesting and Nirvana also I’m wary about buying them cause the sound quality can be terrible and the prices are high however some are great 🔥Love a good live performance ! Take care Brian ☮️
You had this great idea my friend ! Bootlegs! That Led Zeppelin record I bought it some weeks ago in my local supermarket who do each year a vinyl sell in december; all from that brand that put out radio recordings. Very nice Cramps, Yardbirds and Pink Floyd bootlegs! The Yardbirds with Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck. Last year I bought a compilation of them on a record fair for 2 Dollars. Also that Joy Division very nice. I have also a Joy Division bootleg on coloured vinyl. Have a great weekend! Tomorrow Sunday I will do a new vinyl video. greetings Jason
I have the official release of the Royal Albert Hall concert. I think the acoustic set is better than the electric set. And I prefer his electric albums. It turns out the Dylan album was actually recorded in Manchester. The Yardbirds and Beatles bootlegs look cool. I’d like to hear that REM. I have a DVD of the Patti Smith show.
Bob Dylan "Judas " show is from free trade hall Manchester UK may 1966. Your record is labeled incorrectly. Mickey Jones Dylan's drummer does a nice documentary on the tour on TH-cam.
Hey Michael , great records mate . I really need to track that Stones boot down . Living in Australia and never heard or seen it before. Thanks once again . Love the Birdman . Cheers
I love the Peter Green years of Fleetwood Mac. Love the Beatles album. Man!!! The Pink Floyd boot is tremendous.!! You have some great boots.
Hi Michael first Happy new year! What a great idea I have collected quite a few bootlegs over the years! Quality varies! A lot have been officially released! Nowadays the dreaded Radio recordings cds seems to be how to get bootlegs nowadays! 👍
I love William Stout's artwork. I knew he did a Who bootleg, but I hadn't seen the Yardbirds one you showed.
Starting 2025 off with a BANG 💥Interesting selection of boots. The only one I have is the Elevators. At one time, I had that Nirvana boot. I do have the VHS Bilnd Pig video still. I'm familiar with the '67 Byrds in Stockholm set. I think I have that on an old cassette tape. That's a good boot to have. The bootleg has come a long way since 1970. I like the charm of the older boots. They just have this cool vibe... Vinyl from the music industries under belly ☠
Hello Michael, Great idea for a video. I'm a sucker for live recordings, so boots are on my shelves. I have 300+ Stones bootlegs, but I don't have the one that you showed! Some say there's close to 600 Rolling Stones bootlegs out there. Have a good weekend, thanks.
Nice boots.. many I don't have. Happy New Year.
Thanks for watching and Happy New Year to you too!
Nice show Michael, most of those boots I’ve never seen. I have 2 Stones boots, one is a live France show from 66 and the other is outtakes from the C@cksucker Blues movie that never was released. My favorite is Led Zeppelin’s Destroyer from 77 in Ohio. I have lots of Nirvana but they are all on CD. Happy New Year
I want that Cock Sucker Blues bootleg. I have the DVD.
Hi Michael. Vivid is a great album. I play it, and other Living Colour albums, quite often. Learned a few things today. Going to track down Kap’n Kopter by Randy California. Excellent job as always!
Hi Kevin, I was really happy to find the Living Colour album, I had it on CD years ago and haven't listened to it in a long time, so it was great to hear it again on vinyl. I highly recommend the Randy California album, the guitar work on that is excellent. Thanks for tuning in Kevin and hope you have a great new year!
Hello Michael. That Zombies record is on my wishlist. The Who one of the best bands ever! I am a big fan of them! I have their Live at Leeds live album. Recordings made for this release where destroyed. Some recordings could be saved, not the best versions, but nevertheless they had some live music from that tour to put on vinyl. That Cong I want also! I have a love for debut albums! Living Colour! I had that album years ago but sold it again.Great album! Van Morrison an interesting artist. Parliament also on my wishlist! You have a great collection Michael! Congratulations! I hardly buy vinyl anymore. I recently bought a live albumof Led Zeppelin in my local supermarket. Now are the record fairs finished but they will begin again around february. Iwish you a good health and a fantastic new vinyl year for 2025! greetings Jason
Hi Jason, I been wanting a good mono pressing of the Zombies album, and it sounds great. I have a bootleg of the Who Live 1968, and the record I showed is the same concert, but sounds better than the bootleg. Gong is great and a must have. There is some record shows coming to my area next year, but some are too far away. Thanks for tuning in Jason, Hope you had a nice Christmas and enjoy the new year!
Hello Michaël I was sick. I am better now. I did no videos the last 2 weeks. But I will do a new vinyl video. Yeah that Steppenwolf live album is a great album. The Seeds are on my wishlist. Hard to find recordsof them here in Europe. Very nice Janis Joplin live album! I am a big fan of her! Nice double split live album! I bought a Byrds compilation this year. Soft Machine : I have their great debut album. I will now watch your last video of 2024. greetings Jason
Hey Michael! Thanks for the tip on Odessey & Oracle my copy doesn’t sound that great Cool Quill album I picked up a decent copy recently at a show for $5! Still need the debut Gong album almost pulled the trigger a couple times recently. I’ve seen that Warlock album online but never heard it looks like heavy metal by the cover 🔥Living Colour wow blast from the past I saw them live several times in the late 80s-early 90s always a great show! Great pickups for December 🔥🔥Take care Brian ☮️🤘🏻✌️Happy New Year!
Hi Brian, if you're looking to replace your copy of Odessey and Oracle, a good mono press would do the trick. Cool you picked up Quill for $5, that is a great album. Warlock has some pretty heavy moments, and some funky moments too, good to check out if you like Funkadelic. So cool you saw Living Colour, that album is awesome, great guitar work from Vernon Reid. Thanks for tuning in Brian, and Happy New Year to you Too!
Wow, lots of firsts - Descendents, Parliament, Cro-Mags. And lots of other great records - thanks for showing them!
Hey Randy, yeah, this month I was feeling adventurous, picked up some stuff I wasn't familiar with. The Descendents and Cro Mags I discovered through other members of the VC. The influence of the vinyl community on my record buying habits has cost me lots over the years! Also, I have 3 albums I want to send to someone, they are as follows: The Headshop, a reissue of a psych album from 1969 on Epic. The Blues Magoos Electric Comic Book, a Sundazed reissue with a repro of the comic book, and the last one, Frank Zappa and the Mothers The Grand Wazoo early reissue on Reprise. If you don't already have these, let me know and I'll send them out to you if you want them. Thanks for tuning in and hope you have a Happy New Year.
@@nearwildheaven4840 Hey Michael - that sounds great I'd like to have any or all of those records if you want to send them. Warning: I am not the best at returning VCLT. lol I will shoot you an e-mail. Thanks!
Quill is a great album. They also played a pretty epic set at woodstock 1969. I believe there is a recent repress on pink wax.
I didn't know they played Woodstock, that's an interesting tid bit. Yes there is a new reissue of Quill, but I opted for an original, it was actually cheaper! Thanks for tuning in and have a happy new year.
What a good variated bunch of music. Looking forward to checking some of it.
Thanks, hope you discover something you like!
A great batch of early 70s albums. That Warlock cover is down right scary. I sold my original Cro Mags and kept the reissue. I was listening to Parliament last night.
Warlock's cover is nightmare fuel for sure. Cro Mags was pretty good, never thought I would like hardcore. Parliament makes me want to bust a move! Thanks for tuning in Richie, have a Happy New Year!
Happy New Year Michael. December was a busy month for you. I need to check out Warlock. I got the Cro Mags, one of those must have hard core punk albums. I think I got 2 copies, one of those whoops things haha. I found a OG of Vivid last year, so nice to get that back into the collection
Hi Steve, the Warlock album was a grower for me, at first, I thought it was so-so, but after listening to it several times, I'm really starting to like it. I saw the Cro Mags album on Vinyl Richie's channel, and decided to pick it up, and glad I did. The Vivid album was a great find, Vernon Reid is an excellent guitarist. Thanks for tuning in Steve, and have a Happy New Year!
G’day Michael , Easybeats great Aussie band 👌 will be checking out Gandalf & Arzachel as well . Happy New Year mate 😎✌️
Hi Craig, the Easybeats' Friday On My Mind was the first record I bought as a kid. Gandalf and Arzachel are well worth checking out. Thanks, as always for tuning in, and hope you have an excellent new year my friend!
Hi Michael Happy new year to you and the subscribers! I have most of the Pretty things catalogue and this album is generally forgotten about! I have a very strange version of the Zombie's odessy and oracle a 70's reissue its with a compilation making it a double and has the worst sleeve ever with showroom dummies terrible! Got the proper version as well! Funkadelic I love and Bootsy Collins solo stuff from the late 70's worth a listen! Great stuff as usual! 👍
Hi Ian, it seems like that time period of the Pretties, '74-'75, was a lame one, Highway Madness was followed by Silk Torpedo and Savage Eye, both weak albums in my opinion. I know of the Zombies album you speak of, I had it years ago and got rid of it after I got the original LPs. Thanks for tuning in and hope you have a Happy New Year!
Friday On My Mind is a great opener, Michael! Bought that record when I was 11 years old with paper route money. Lots of people have been showing that Gandalf record and saying how much they like it. That Living Colour album is very good. Happy New Year!
Hi Ralph, The Easybeats record was the first record I bought as a kid, always loved that song. Lots of people are praising the Gandalf album for good reason, it;s excellent psych! I'm glad I found the Living Colour album, it really rocks. Thanks for tuning in and hope you have a great new year!
Hello Micheal, I will have to check my copy of that Zombies album. I did not know The Pretty Things were also on SwanSong. I need to get that Who album, missed it when it came out. Warlock looks incredible. I think I have that Living Color on cassette. Happy New Year Michael
Hey Dave, the Pretty things did 2 albums for Swan Song, Silk Torpedo from '74 and Savage Eye from '75. You can probably find them for cheap, I saw them on Discogs for as little as $5 for a decent VG+ copy. I found the Who LP used for $30, and it's worth every penny! Warlock was a cool find. Living Colour is excellent. Thanks for tuning in Dave, hope you have a Happy New Year.
Seasons Greetings Michael, Hope you had a pleasant Christmas. I had an unpleasant Christmas morning, as my car wouldn't start. The battery crapped out on me. So, I didn't make it over to my mom's house for Christmas. Our 1st Christmas apart in 64 years. Oh you found a copy of Quill? That's a tuff score in the wild. They were at Woodstock, they played right before Santana. I haven't seen that Who album before, is that an authorized release? Definitely a great haul to close out the year. Have a fun, but safe new years. And don't party too hardy! 🥳🍷🍺🍸🥂🎈🎉😜🤪🥴🤢🤮😵💫😵
Hi Ron, sorry to hear your Christmas was ruined by a faulty battery, that sucks! The Quill album was a pleasant surprise, very good second tier psych. I didn't know they played Woodstock, I wonder how many other bands played there and weren't documented? The Who album is legit, has the UMG logo on the back, and it sounds excellent! Thanks for tuning in Ron, hope your New Years Day is better than your Christmas! I don't party too hardy very much anymore! The Emojis look like my New Years Eve from 40 years ago!🥸
@@nearwildheaven4840 I showed that Quill a few months back and talked about it. They were filmed at Woodstock, but due to an equipment error the soundtrack was out of sync with the film. I just read The Kinks "All Day and all of The Night" is currently a top 10 hit in the UK. The song is on three different charts. Top 10 on two of them. God Save The KINKS!
@@TheHogsEarReport God Save The Kinks, Amen to that!

Hi Michael, you’ve picked up a load of killer albums this year. Some of my favourites like Gris Gris and Last Autumn’s Dream (their 3rd). Mama Roux, what a song… that album sounds like nothing else on Earth. I’d love to pick up a copy of Supernatural Fairy Tale… it’s been on my want list for ages too. You showed a good few that I wasn’t familiar with that looked really cool. Really like the sound of that High Tide album… love a sea shanty (just gave it a listen, very different sound with the violin). Hope you had a great Christmas, Michael, and thanks for sharing those great finds! Cheers, Jack
Hi Jack, I just started getting into Jade Warrior this year and picked up 2 of their albums, Last Autumn Dream being my favorite of the 2. You're right, that album sounds like nothing else on Earth! I had to pay up for the Art album, but it's worth every penny, too bad it's not an original! High Tide blew me away first time hearing it, it was recommended to me by one of my viewers. Thanks for tuning in, I had a great Christmas and hope you did too.
Merry Christmas Michael. Have a cool Yule 😊
Hi John, thanks for tuning in and hope you and your family have a great Christmas!🎅🎄🎁
Interesting recommendations as usual. The background music was loud enough to be a distraction, though. Hard to take in what you were saying with the music up that loud.
I don't usually have the music that loud. I wanted the Christmas music playing in the background. I guess I should have turned it down more. Thanks for watching and hope you have a great Holiday!
Hey Michael! I hate to admit it but I don’t own a single Christmas record LoL! I love Christmas it it never occurred to me but any records. That Juicy Lucy cover art is so bizarre LoL! Along with the album title it’s so hilarious. I didn’t attend Black Friday RSD so I didn’t get any RSD albums. I didn’t really see anything I wanted. Cool vid Merry Christmas to ya my friend Be safe and let’s hope for a banner year in 2025! Peace ✌️🎅🏻🎄🎁
Hey Brian, I'm not that big on Christmas records either, the ones I showed were all that I have. The story on the Juicy Lucy album cover is one member of the band did the artwork and gave it the title Get a Whiff O' This because he thought the album was a stinker! Yeah, RSDBF was kinda lame this year, the records I showed were the only things I wanted. Thanks for the comment Brian, and hope you and your family have a COSMIC CHRISTMAS!🙏🎅🎄✝☮
Seasons Greetings! 🎅 That's cool you have an OG Beatles Christmas album. Back in the early 80s I got a copy from a guy that said his brother was in the fan club and it was not a counterfeit. Later on, I found out he lied!!! That's ok because he gave me hundreds of dollars worth of Beatles records, including the blue Japanese LP box set. He just started offering all this stuff. I didn't even have to bargain with him. What did I trade? The Rolling Stone with John and Yoko nude on the cover. It had the backside nude shot, not the full frontal. That Seeds LP has a bunch of non album singles tracks as well a some previously unreleased tracks. I heard that Big Brother album sounds great. Great stuff to finish out the year! Have a Merry Christmas Michael, see you again soon. 🎄
Hi Ron, sounds like you got a good deal on that trade! A Rolling Stone magazine for a Beatles collection is like winning the lottery for a record collector. I always thought that Seeds album was a best of collection, until I saw Dave the Pickup Artist show it. Yeah, a pretty cool addition to my Seeds collection. The Big Brother album sounds great, and worth picking up. Thanks for tuning in and hope you have a Merry Christmas as well!🎅🎄😵
A Christmas message from Pee Wee Herman is sure to cheer anyone up. I have never given Rotary Connection a listen. Taking It From The Man is a great album. I have all their 90s on CD. I need to track down some of their albums on vinyl. I passed on that Seeds record at Amoeba Records. I went back to pick it up and it was gone. Everyone is saying that Janis Joplin is good. The Underground Fire is a good release. In the late 60s early 70s Vanguard released some good albums. Merry Christmas.
Hi Richie, I got into Rotary Connection over the last few years, for the longest time, I only had their Christmas album, their other albums are very good and I would suggest you at least give them a listen. Yeah, I really like Brian Jonestown Massacre, I have 2 of their albums on vinyl and a few more on CD. Next time you see the Seeds album, don't leave it behind! Big Brother and Janis' live album is excellent, and worth picking up, it was only $22. Thanks for tuning in and Merry Christmas to you and your family. Pee Wee says "Don't drink and drive, Duh!"
Merry Christmas Michael ! Really have enjoyed your channel this past year. Thanks for giving me a heads up on a few bands I wasn’t aware of . Cheers mate 🎅🏻🎄
Hi Craig, thanks for being a loyal viewer, I'm glad I could turn you on to new music. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas and Cheers to you as well!🎁🎄☮🙏
Hi Michael! Got to love the Kinks single in 1977 it never got played here! I didn't know about the Beatles album I have the box set of the Christmas singles! Great selection! And merry Christmas 🎅 to you and all your Subscribers!
Hi Ian, that's weird that the Kinks single wasn't heard much in the UK, it wasn't a huge hit in the US, but it did get some airplay. One of these days I will get the Beatles Christmas box set. Always enjoy hearing from you, hope youy and family have a great Christmas!🎅🎄🎁
Merry Christmas Michael! I purged my handful of Christmas albums a couple months back. Those Juicy Lucy and Steppenwolf records are in my collection. Thanks for sharing and have a good weekend, stay warm!
Hi Ralph, I never got into collecting Christmas albums, I have a few things, but I don't really need any more. That Steppenwolf Live is awesome! Thanks for all your comments this past year, always a pleasure to hear from you. Hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!🎄🎅✝☮
@@nearwildheaven4840 Thanks for making videos. Hopefully we'll meet someday.
I did not get that Underground Fire, sounds like I should have Michael. Merry Christmas my friend
Hi Steve, I think there are still some copies of Underground Fire available, so you might still be able to get it. Thanks for tuning in and hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas.
Rest in peace. Jon Camp. Renaissance
Another great talent gone! Renaissance was an awesome band, very innovative and somewhat ahead of their time,
Hello Michael, I love that Kinks 7’. Those Beatles Xmas albums are cool didn’t know there was a boxset. I still need a few early Beatles albums to complete my Beatles collection. That Rotary Connection album is off the hook. I only have one of their albums. I’m looking for that Buffalo Byrds album. Tork and Stills were friends. Coryell is an amazing album. Merry Christmas
Hey Dave, The Beatles box set came out a few years ago, the records aren't flexis like the originals, they're vinyl 45s. I have all the Beatles I'll ever need! Love the Rotary Connection, I've had their Xmas album for ages, picked up a few others of theirs over the last few years. Stephen Stills actually auditioned for the Monkees, and the producers turned him down then asked him if he knew anyone that looked like him and had better teeth, so he told Peter to audition for the role. They were roommates in NYC. You might be able to still find the Buffalo/Byrds LP, I got mine like a week after RSD. Thanks for tuning in Dave and hope you have a great Christmas!
Merry Christmas Michael !🌲Always loved that Father Christmas song by the Kinks! Cool Seeds record I found that one at a record show this year. The Byrds/Buffalo Springfield was the one record I wanted from RSD but I didn’t think about it until later and bought several cool used records that day Cool you got Underground Fire Dylan gets a lot of my money 😂 Take care Brian ☮️
Hi Brian, yeah, the Kinks Father Christmas is a favorite of mine too, it came out when I worked in a record store back in the 70s and brings back memories of that time in my life. Cool you got the Seeds, that's a great album. You might be able to find the Byrds/Buffalo Springfield album, I got mine a week after RSDBF. Underground Fire is awesome! Thanks for being a loyal viewer, I always appreciate your comments. Hope you and your family have a Happy Christmas!🎄🎁🎅
Merry Christmas! I have that Payolas Hammer on a drum album, which that single came off of. I have quite a few Coryell albums, as you said, he is a great guitarist. Nice showings as usual.
Hi Randy, I never got into the Payolas, except for the Xmas single, not that they were bad, just more interested in other stuff. I have to get some more Larry Coryell! That album is awesome. Thanks for tuning in Man, hope you and family have a great Christmas.
Hey Michael. I've been watching for a while, I'm terrible at commenting. Excellent showcasing, especially the Bit 'A Sweet. That is a special one for me. I'll be sharing my top finds of the year soon.
Hi Derek, I've been watching your channel too, you have an amazing collection, your vinyl finds are incredible. The Bit A Sweet album I found at my local record store, never heard it before, but decided to buy it because it looked like something I would like, and I'm glad I did, because it's a great album. Thanks for tuning in and commenting, and I'll definitely check out your finds of the year video.
Holy sh!t you had a rocking year for picking up some killer records! Lots of those are high on my want list! I had a chance at the High Tide LP at a RS but it was like $50 for a reissue so I passed. These are all great Jade Warrior! Flat Earth Society! Freeborne! Bit O Sweet! The hits just kept on comin! Great finds Michael! Let’s talk soon my friend! Peace ✌️👽
Hey Brian, one of my viewers recommended the High Tide album in their comment and a few months later I came across it at one of my local record stores, I never heard of it and when I played it, I was blown away! My favorites are the Flat Earth Society, and Freeborne, both excellent psych albums. Thanks for tuning in and I'll try to give you a call before the end of the year. If I don't talk to you before then, hope you and your family have a great and happy Christmas.🎄
Nice finds, you had a great year! That is the third Jade Warrior, the first two are also swirls and fantastic spins. Plastic Cloud are local favorites and every so often are still found in the wild here in Southern Ontario. I have an original of their one and only 45. Cheers.
Hi Dan, If that is the third Jade Warrior, which one is the first? I have one other album by them titled Release. Plastic Cloud was one of my favorite finds this year, cool you have an original single. Thanks for tuning in and Happy Holidays!
@@nearwildheaven4840 Released is the second album, the first is self titled on Vertigo 1971. Plastic Cloud originals are crazy expensive but cheap compared to one of our other local psychedelic holy grails The Bent Wind. Merry Christmas.
Nice work! You brought home a lot of excellent LPs. Still needing Art and Bit a Sweet. I bought Waleeco years ago, but had to return it as it was defective. Never got another copy. I have to look into that first Jade Warrior. 🍄🍌🌵
Hi Ron, too bad about the Waleeco LP, it's a pretty good album. Someone commented that Jade Warrior LP was their 3rd, so, I'm not sure which one's the first, I'll check it on Discogs. Thanks for tuning in Ron, and hope you have a Merry Xmas.🎄🎁☮🕉☯🔯
Great records. That Electric Prunes album is on my wishlist. That Art album also! That Orient express album I will check it out! Have a nice weekend!
Hi Jason, the Prunes album is excellent and worth having. The Art album is pricey, but worth every penny. You will like Orient Express! Thanks for tuning in Jason, hope you are doing well and have a great weekend too.
Hello Michael I did not yet saw this and your last video. Great vinyls. Yeah The Dream Syndicate with Steve Wynn are also a favouriteband of mine. I found this year their very nice live album "This is not....". I had that great live album before in the 80s. I will be looking also for some early Golden Earring work. Canned Heat were good friends with The Doors. And The Doors music was influenced by the music of Canned Heat I think. Have a nice weekend!
Hi Jason, I didn't notice this comment from you, sorry I didn't reply sooner. I have the Dream Syndicate live album you mentioned, it is very good, and cool that you found a copy. Golden Earring has been making music since the mid sixties, and their early albums are hard to find in the USA. Thanks for tuning in Jason, hope you're doing well.
