Hey Dave, I have the Electric Mud LP but not the other 2 you mentioned. I got the Beano album last year when it was reissued in mono, if you can't find an original, the reissue is worth picking up. Didn't know about the Savoy Brown/ Mighty Baby connection. East West is the best blues album by an American band. Thanks for tuning in Dave, have great weekend too!

There's a TH-cam video of Howlin' Wolf on some British music show being introduced by Brian Jones of the Stones. I'll check out the After Tea Jointhouse Blues, sounds cool! Hi Michael, Nice selection of Blues Rock LPs. I have a few of those, I'm not into the genre too much, as far as wanting to own it anyway. But I do enjoy it. Do you have the What's Shakin" 1966 comp on Electra? It has three tracks by Eric Clapton and the Powerhouse, recorded March 1966. All Star line up in that band. I did not even know about that album until maybe 7 years ago. Remember Gary Larson's Far Side? I remember a comic he did. It had this Bull Frog 🐸 in dark glasses, he was playing a guitar and singing the Blues. The caption at the bottom read: 🎵"I got the Greens...I got the Greens real bad". 🎵 HA!!! 😎
Hi Ron, no, I don't have the What's Shakin' comp, but I'll definitely check it out. Wasn't there a series of albums on Kama Sutra or Buddah that was called What's Shakin'? I remember seeing one for the Lovin' Spoonful and another of the Flamin' Groovies. The Far Side comic was a daily pleasure for me, and I think I remember that one you described. From Ten Years After I have the great album Watt! Probably you got that also. Canned Heat great band. They were good friends with The Doors and both bands sounded quite the same.. It a huge Blues Rock fan but I will partake if it’s heavy enough and interesting enough. Not sure I even own any of these records which is strange becuz I usually have at least a couple albums you show but like I said blues has never been my jam. LoL! Cool video tho! Peace ⚡️🖖👽⚡️
