Hi Amanda! I couldn't really understand why we used "la1" at the end of that sentence. Can you possşbly explain it?

Amanda at 7:28 for live together you have. tung1 geoi1 but for tung1 you have a deep voice and number 1 is a high tone. Can you confirm it is the correct #1 tone?

This video just appear randomly on my home feed. What is that number means after the words? Is that some kind of pitch guide to pronounce the words?

I used to have an old lady as my neighbour in my previous Hong Kong apartment, she was super sweet and could only speak Cantonese. Everytime I had a chat with her using the little Cantonese i know, she would always say “你好叻呀!" in a super enthusiastic way 😆 Thanks for your lessons Amanda !

Your lessons are very good. Just out of curiosity : do you speak Mandarin? If I were you , I would have two channels one English Cantonese the othet English Mandarin. Instead of Italian Cantonese and English Cantonese. Trust me , you will become so big in a year or two , because you explain very well . You are one of the best. This comes from a polyglot teacher who has watched hundreds of teaching materials.
