I shot this almost one year ago, but am just now uploading it. A LOT has happened since then, and I am waiting on some new equipment so I can fill you all in on the "progress." Anyway, it's a simple fuel pump install. One of the EASIEST repairs that you can do on your E46 and awesome for preventative maintenance. Go ahead and do it, before you are stranded in the middle of the cold/rain/zombies...

I got tired of getting pulled over for "illegal window tint," so I pulled mine off, cleanly, with minimal effort. You can do this too. The only tools you need are a steamer, a razor blade and your hands. You got this.

With each video, we are inching closer to a fully refreshed ZHP! Here we are simply burning bushings out of a spare subframe. I'm going to replace these with OEM Lemforder bushings. No need to modify the car until the driver gets modded! To do this, you really only need a torch, a hammer and maybe a pry bar or something similar. Let the bushing get hot enough so that the fire can maintain itsel...

After the RTAB, this was the next headache. The eccentric bolt was seized to the bushing requiring a torch to melt the rubber around the steel portion of the bushing...The amount of corrosion on this side of the car is definitely foreshadowing...
