I’ve said this about four or five years ago but you are the reason I got addicted to circuit type/road course racing. However, as an American who grew up in the Midwest, drag racing was a staple of mine and this type is SO DARN COOL. Very excited to follow this and these guys are maniacs with these crazy 4x4 builds they do.

Thats some dedication man; 1 the boys flew to the emirates 2 just to give counseling to a car loving man 3 so he can have aero on his suv; if that is not pure commitment dont know what can be considered so. Also, some days ago i saw the convention video where the drs wing was being shown, something that i have not seen anywhere- till you boys- as an aftermarket upgrade available to us all. I dont know if anyone with a car would not have that wing. Aero aero aero for daaays. Besides, push the red button, wich is all tasty by itself, and BAM more speeeeeed! Keep them revs counting!!

I think they need to make an app to report crashes or oilspills or whatever and put up so there is wifi all around the road so people can get in touch with marshalls if they dont want to put out people around the road for it

Why did it have to be in automatic mode??? The C7 Z06 ran a 7:13 with steel brake rotors, lower grip tires, an actual manual transmission, and..... lap traffic!!!! The C8 Z06 beat the 992 Porche GT3 all over the United States... and abroad in the hands of a "German" magazine, it falls short... In a straight line, the C8 Z06 absolutely "RUNS AWAY" from the GT3 and GT3RS Nothing adds up 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐

The Corvette C8 Z06 is great off the line, but the gear ratios after 3rd gear are all OVERDRIVE in favor of gas mileage (rated 15/27) and very likely emissions. It lugs the car up through the power band and doesn't pull the same way after 3rd. In many tests, the Porsche 992 GT3 in a drag race only was 1 mph slower in the 1/4 mile despite a 150+ less hp (and obviously less weight). The new C8 Z06 makes has often made 600+ whp on the dyno, stock. If this was a turbo car, it wouldn't be so bad but it just won't pull up top with a high-revving, naturally aspirated V8 :(

Look at some flat out runs and it accelerates way faster.

I actually fear that they will resurface the jump and tell us again that the jump was only that high because of years of cars driving that section. Bye bye Jump for the next 50-70 Years :( We will see you again. If anything one part of the NBR that would reeeaally like to see re-done is the Karussell. It was so smooth back then. Pros would shave off seconds a lap in that corner.

I believe that all of the minor "parts bin" improvements will add up to a tangibly different, and ultimately better driving experience. I believe it will likely be faster than the 992.1 GT3. The ST will likely still stand out when compared to the 992.2 touring as well.

From my point it's easy: TF means, Tourists are on the track. Complaining about "Pickup" bans and about motorcycles not to ban is funny, are u serious? The question is, who is the "right" person/driver on the track during TF days? You or the tourists?
