@@HumansandCars-cz9qz Started having an error message about e-diff not operable almost every day and it would not lock, you could feel it stayed open. Changed the diff actuator and oil (lots of shavings). Did not help. So got the new e-diff from Mercedes.

My aim is to reduce the top speed from 262 km/h to around 210 km/h, while enhancing responsiveness at any state of charge (SOC). However, I'm concerned about whether the other components can withstand the increased torque. Could you assist with such a modification
Maybe someone can clarify…does this provide more overall grip/traction than the M-ediff, or is it just that your grip level remains the same but more predictable at limit?

A limited slip differential (LSD) is a car component that helps improve traction and reduce wheelspin A differential gear ratio determines how many times a drive shaft rotates for each rotation of the wheels. The ratio is calculated by dividing the number of teeth on the ring gear by the number of teeth on the pinion gear. For example, if the ring gear has 50 teeth and the pinion gear has 11, the gear ratio is 4.54:1
