Yeah their supervisor would pick them up in the pick up truck or if it’s just one dude he may ride with mechanic or tow truck driver.

Cover everything from DC’s, to delivery centers, sometimes 3rd party vendors like Proctor and Gamble & just recently started picking up rail containers

To me it is because you get most of your work done before the world wakes up and traffic starts. Then once you get off still a few hours to get personal things done while the rest of the world is at work.

Yes, sometimes… it’s freight at the end of the day freight could be busy or slow depending on the economy
