Told my supervisor the minute that shows up in my truck I'd be done. Corporate America has such smart computer cameras that they can tell me how to drive and all the stuff that I do "wrong", then the damn computers can drive thr damn truck too. " Why doesn't anybody want to work here?"
Those cameras, the bad trucks, and management were a reason my time at Republic was really short lived. I went back to my previous employer and I’m glad I did, it was mutual. Anyways, glad to see a video from you and hopefully your experience with those cameras isn’t too bad. Stay safe out there, big brother is watching indeed !

Yo Dre, I think its crazy they can add a camera 📷 with audio in your truck 🚚, but they can't add a hopper camera and hopper light up there to increase your productivity.
Yo facts . Let a hopper camera break and it will never get fixed . Someone used my truck and went under a 12 ft bridge and ripped my hopper camera and they won’t fix it
The red light is for night vision so in the dark the camera can see. It's infrared light i Believe it's called‼️ and yes it's not visible to the human eye‼️
I will say one good thing about them cameras you can push the button on the side if customers try to say you didn't pick up their dumpster or service them and give the time that you did service them and send it back to the office to the dispatcher
Hey Dre I'm now a front load driver been with the company 11yrs I drive for waste connections in waco TX we have them same cameras in our trucks to and they say the same stuff to us its for our safety and Cochin
Great video! Well its like the government, they tell you at first its for your protection and a good thing but there is usually an ulterior motive. Just my opinion but regardless I love your vids, especially the hopper. I do agree the one facing the traffic is fine.
Man Dre its been like 10 yrs we had those in..they wanna write u up for eattin, drinking, smokin and on the phone..i had to leave bcs u basically had to be a robot..

Uhm not these ones that would all have to be done on the management side, these cameras have no buttons or functions for the drivers

Nah man just need a company in need of a driver, some ppl get lucky & some have to start on rear load first
