    How It Works
    1. There are 3 Blocks. Each Block gets progressively harder.
    2. There are 6 exercises done back to back in each Block.
    Block 1 = 3 reps per exercises, for 3 rounds
    Block 2 = 4 reps per exercises, for 4 rounds
    Block 3 = 5 reps per exercises, for 5 rounds
    Try and work through all 3 Blocks with me. You can repeat the final block multiple times if you want to extend the workout. Or repeat the first Block if that suits your level.
