@ Thanks. This is important for people with pre-teens. It’s almost impossible to find a moped e-bike with a seat height between 28”-30”. If this is 29”, it’s a good option.

From what I can tell the P3 comes with 20" fat tires and a bigger motor. Whereas, the P4 has 14" wheels and a smaller motor.

@@mariobx7186 That's really weird and I've never heard of that before. There seems to be some issue with your address (according to them). I would say if you and VibeRide can't get it figured out it might be easier to get a refund and just buy a scooter from somewhere else.

I actually gave the bike to one of my family members and they have been racking up miles on it. So far there hasn't been any issues that they've brought up. I think that if you use it on paved roads and for regular transportation you should get some life out of it. Keep in mind, it is a sub-$500 ebike so you do have to keep your expectations realistic and even though the company claims it is a mountain bike I wouldn't take it on anything more than smooth dirt paths. Good luck and let me know your impressions when you get.

@BikeHombre Well I didn't think off-road would stack well with this bike but fortunately all my riding will be on pavement and in most cases short distances unless I decide to go on back roads for a nice scenic ride.

Forgot to add that this bikes suspension has a lockout feature to lockout the suspension.

@@BikeHombre Mine arrived with a damaged front rim due to the battery not being in its protector. Having a hard time getting customer support from Qlife on Amazon. Was able to stabilize the rim but needs replaced. The rest of the bike is fine and functions really good. I'll give Qlife a few more days and then I'll have to get Amazon support to encourage them to resolve this.

Well budget or not this company Qlife has a poor reputation customer wise due to quality control. What upset me is a buyer bought one on Amazon and came with the forks welded backwards. When he posted pictures Qlife removed them. Whether or not they settled with the buyer trying to hide things like that is why I don't do business with companies like that.

The charger and battery comes with the bike. I'm not sure how much an extra battery costs

The system was loaned to me to test and give my honest opinion on, which I did. After I finished testing I returned back to Bimotal.

When I tested it out the bike had a 10 speed Deore, you can see the derailleur at 1:13. It looks like Superhuman has changed components since this review, which is a bummer since the Deore is much better than Altus. Thanks for the heads up and a great catch too.
