My wife just purchased one. It has a really really really nice ride. Confortable. Also, ActBest customer service is really good to deal with. We ordered one and the battery controller was not working correctly, so they sent us a new one with no hassle. This has to be one of the best electric bikes you can buy for the price. Also, it really looks and fells like a quality product.

Nice review! I’m interested in this bike but I may be too heavy for it. I don’t care to go 20+ mph, but it’s very hilly where I live. I wanted a pink bike but the pink color of this bike is loud, haha. The blue looks nice, though. Do you happen to know if the derailleur hanger is a separate piece or part of the frame? Thanks!

The pink color is pretty loud, it appears to be almost a Pepto Bismo pink color. I just checked and the bike's derailleur hanger is a separate piece. Let me know what bike you decide to get and how you like it (even if it's not this bike). Thank you for the comment!

Lol, Pepto Bismol color is exactly what I thought! I even went to look for some in my house just to see if I was mistaken! I was hoping to see a video or a review with a real photo to see if it’s really that pink, haha! Anyhow, thanks for checking on the derailleur hanger!

How do you get the key if you lose it

Not a core swept, but my bike vender offered two keys for $50 and which would take 2 months to arrive. They did recommend trying a local locksmith. The only one in my town couldn't do it because he didn't have the (Chinese) blank (all the hardware stores and big boxes had were "kiosks" that spit my key out)
While traveling I did find a small locksmith who said he a had a blank that wasn't exact but should work. I now have two backup keys for $6 a piece.
