Thanks for your review of this e-bike. I love this bike. I have the pink one. The power is killer! It takes me up my VERY steep driveway without a problem. It is at least an 18% grade and I went up using power level 1 with some peddle assist. This bike is great for my shopping around town and just getting out. The hubby likes it so much that we purchased one for him in black. It was great to have an extra $50 discount! Thanks!
Had my bike for a week. Came with a flat. Even though I had pictures of the flat in the box they wanted me to do all these test. Much easier to buy a new intertube than to haggle with them over all the test they wanted me to video and send. Enjoy that bike very much. It has a crazy long delay before the pedal assist kicks on when the bike is in motion. Feels like it keeps on faster when I'm starting from a start. But when already in motion it takes forever compared to my previous bikes. I weigh 260, and it gets up to 29 miles per hour. Powerful bike. Need to figure out how to unlock it to its full speed potential.
We bought 2 of the, but can not get the handlebars to lock in. When we inserted, they are loose and do not control the front wheel. The handle bars come right off when you lift. How do we get them to lock in?
I'm not too sure, my handlebars came installed and worked fine. The only thing I can think of is that there is a bolt at the top of the stem, it's the bolt that tightens the headset and is a 5 or 6mm hex. On the L20 2.0, you can see it when the bars are in the folded position; it will be the only bolt visible. That bolt is probably loose, so if you tighten it the headset will tighten as well and everything should work. But if you aren't comfortable working on it, then I recommend taking to a bike shop and a mechanic should be able to fix in a minute.
To get an additional $50 off, use code ENGWEE50OFF on Engwe's website. Thanks for watching!

Whats the difference between this and the L20 2SE. They look identical, I am trying to decide which to buy.
Is this one legal in the3 UK and Europe or not?

@@BikeHombreThank you very kindly for replying. Can you send me a photo or video of the bolt. I am not sure what you are referring to.
@@BikeHombre my handlebars and electrical came attached, but when we stick the bars in the bike part, nothing clicks to lock the bars in.
@@BikeHombre thank you. I see it. Was right in my face. You are a jewel. Thank you for the explanation. I really appreciate your help.
@@florineholmes9204 I'm glad you were able to figure it out! Hope you enjoy your bikes ☺
