    There is any option to embed uploaded image in admin mail ?

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, I haven't tried this personally, but this should be possible. In the admin e-mail section there is an image option. Use that, insert any image, then click the < > button to show the code. Insert the file upload shortcode to replace the URL of the image you uploaded, and it may show it - of course whether it is displayed depends on e-mail clients, etc, but this is where I would start. I'm updating the Ninja Forms tutorials starting next week so I'll check this out and confirm.

    Hi, How could something like this work for Real Estate Listings. When a listing is created on the backend of WP and the Advanced Custom Fields ACF price field is filled to display that ACF field into the form on the frontend listing and the site visitor can select payback over 10yrs or 20yrs and it auto calculates the repayment for the dynamic ACF field price The form is only created once and appears on all listings page template and dynamically reads the ACF price field?

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey JB - I don't think this is possible with GF out of the box, but a small snippet could grab the value of the custom field from the current page and then you can use that to create a merge tag to be used in gravity forms. This would need to be custom coded but wouldn't take very much.

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Hugo - There's two ways you can do this I can think of, one would be to use the ninja forms editor (ninjaforms.com/blog/customize-ninja-forms-email/) - which will still be pretty basic but gives you some level of control. The other would be routing e-mails through Mandrill or Mailchimp, in which case you case you can create a general e-mail template used by your site. You can also do this manually. So the content itself can be formatted, then you can create a nice style around it via your e-mail template.

I have ... years old and I am ....... the two blanks above should be filled automatically with outputs given from "gravity form in wordpress website". Form: 1/ How old are you? (choose correct answer) - 10 - 20 -30 2/ What is your job - Mecanic - Engineer - doctor I have difficulty to link between wordpress gravity form and microsoft word. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance.

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey - Unfortunately it wouldn't really be possible to combine these two things. The best you can do would be to create an e-mail template in this format, and then copy into Word. You could also generate a PDF from it instead, but creating a doc file would require some custom dev, and Im not sure offhand if it's possible.

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes - the default value can be stored as a number which can then be used in conditional logic. You could use conditional logic if you're using Ninja forms with the front-end posting plugin, and conditional logic should be able to determine what gets posted and what doesn't.

    Can you also create a map with multiple markers where the address comes from an Advanced Custom Field? And can you directly put that map short code into your php template? Thanks !

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Dennis, Sorry for the late reply. You probably already have your answer but for others - Yes, this is possible, toolset can work with ACF fields, but specifically for the map marker, I'd recommend creating the custom field through the Types plugin that comes with toolset. With this you can easily create a map with multiple markers that would be displayed using views. Normally using other non-toolset fields is easy, but because the map and marker system is created to use a specific field type within toolset, it might get to become more trouble than it's worth. Cheers, Dan

    Is there any way to have more fields than just Post Title and Post Content? I want contractors on my site to easily have a format to follow when posting content on my site. Some of the fields I would want is Post Title, Project Bid Date, Address, and Other Fields. Your video was made a year ago - did Ninja Forms remove the "Value" and "Calc Value", or are you using a paid version? The only options I am given for editing any dropdown or checkboxes or anything is that check or to delete it. :'(

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Erin - I believe the issue is the field type, I don't think it has these fields. You'd want to use a dropdown field or otherwise. You could create a dropdown field with "Yes" or "No" instead of having them check the box.

      Hey There! 1) There isn't a limit set in by the form plugin itself, but if you're running a substantial amount of conditional logic fields within one form you may notice some slowdown, but generally there is no specific limit. 2) Yes, you can definitely hide/short parts (and sections of a multi-part form) using conditional logic. Hey - Sure, we're releasing the updated versions quite soon, I'll make sure this is in there.

    So once the user has submitted the content and the form is set to auto approve then how would the user edit the content from the front end in case s/he wants to make changes later on?

      Hey! I don't believe at this time Ninja forms is setup to allow users to edit posts they've submitted through forms. For that kind of functionality you should check out toolset toolset.com/- we have a full playlist on this plugin suite. This allows for custom post types, front-end editing, and views and filters for displaying content, and also includes ways you can allow users to edit and manage their content.

    Can you do multi-stage forms with different sections and a visible table of contents?

    • @ZenProjects
      @ZenProjects 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Cameron - you definitely can, though you'll need the multi-part forms addon from ninja forms: ninjaforms.com/extensions/multi-part-forms/ - you'll see in the video there's a progress bar which also works as a menu - though if you want something more advanced than that for your ToC it may require a bit more work. Cheers, Dan

      Hey Yasin - Yes, the core ninja forms plugin is free but for conditional logic you'll need the additional addon, which is paid: ninjaforms.com/extensions/conditional-logic/ Cheers, Dan
