Hey Santi - I need a bit more description of what you're looking for. Do you mean you want each field posted as its individual piece of content? Let me know and give me a few more details on what you're looking for.

Is there any way to have more fields than just Post Title and Post Content? I want contractors on my site to easily have a format to follow when posting content on my site. Some of the fields I would want is Post Title, Project Bid Date, Address, and Other Fields. Is there a way where if a contractor fills out bid date, address, and other fields then the info would show up inside the Post Content?

For this I think Toolset (we have a playlist covering toolset) would be better suited for your needs. You can create custom post types, custom fields and content templates to create how they should look.

So once the user has submitted the content and the form is set to auto approve then how would the user edit the content from the front end in case s/he wants to make changes later on?

Hey! I don't believe at this time Ninja forms is setup to allow users to edit posts they've submitted through forms. For that kind of functionality you should check out toolset toolset.com/- we have a full playlist on this plugin suite. This allows for custom post types, front-end editing, and views and filters for displaying content, and also includes ways you can allow users to edit and manage their content.
