And... I am now half-way to COMPLEATING the MUNRO's. 141 Down... 141 To Go! These two Munros give one of the more challenging outings for baggers in this part of the Highlands, requiring experience as it crosses some potentially difficult pathless terrain. The Best Viewpoint in Lochaber? Stob Coire Easain and Stob a'Choire Mheadhoin

Is this the best viewpoint in Lochaber? This fine pair of Munros - commonly known as the Easains - give a fairly long ridgewalk high above the glacial trough of Loch Treig. Stob Coire Easain in particular is a fine peak and offers superb views; it is quite hidden away behind other summits from most roads which perhaps explains why it isn't better known. well it would be pretty tough since I live in florida. But I am planning to go to the mountains in Georgia this fall. right now all I do is little short hikes in the local state parks. my health as it is won't let me be out in the heat we have here. it's been in the mid 90s for a couple weeks. but I still try to keep as active as I can. That was brilliant callum, not one of the more popular routes but you could be right with the view there.
