Okay this may be the best animatic I’ve ever seen for rwby. I think you perfectly captured the very essence of Ozma. How he struggles to protect the remnants of the world he once knew from the woman he loves the most. Keep up the great work!

Look. I know the moment where Neo makes Ruby commit "self-destruction" is painful to watch. But for me, I was just thinking: "Damn! Neo is such a great villain!" I mean, get into the hero's head and break her. Only real bad guys are capable of that.

Ruby using her positive attitude to hide her sadness but also to distract others from negative emotions as form of coping mechanism since young age but also caused her to never address her own issues and emotionally draining her at the same until everything came crashing down at Neo's Tea Party is downright heartbreaking. You slayed and destroyed my heart with this, Sunny. 😢👍

The more I listen the more I realize that EPIC’s songs fit pretty well with the events in RWBY,especially with what happened with Ruby in volume 9 Some examples would be Monster,Underworld,and Odysseus’s breakdown at the end of Love in Paradise. Some others would be Open Arms for Ruby and Penny or Legendary for Volume 1 Ruby

Interesting. I'm only still in the fandom due to the sheer number of aus and fanfics I've made over the years, most of them being crossovers since that's what I'm most interested in. Particularly Kate has become my punching bag for some reason... like, almost every version of her in everything I've made either has a tragic ending or has gone down a dark road and I often joke about it to myself.

In all honesty I like how much you didn't change in Yang's character here compared to the others so far. I feel Yang is honestly a solid and well done character in the Beacon arc, needs some work here and there but all in all she's fine as is really. Her real problems I feel only rear their heads in the after Beacon story so yeah. Love the Ozpin fire magic hair thing, fun addition I would add myself if I was doing this.

I like the changes you made to Blake, I always thought the bow would not work like they think it would in the show, and the more animal traits you added are pretty cool as well. Also on her tail, I kinda thought she could just wrap it around her waist like how Sayians do it in Dragon Ball Z, though I don't know if that would make realistic sense so eh. And Ruby knowing and doing sigh language is such a good detail I loved that addition! And I just want to say, I love your art style so much! Really makes me want to start drawing again myself.

Love, love, LOVE how you drew Weiss here. Weiss has always been my favorite character, personality and design wise, so the little additions you've made really add a lot. Also, once again really like the hair bit here like with Ruby's eye glow last video. In my own head, I've kind of always thought Weiss did more singing on the side. I actually head canon that's she's the one who made and sang the songs were hear in the show.

As a Whiterose shipper I understand and apologies for what others had done, jokes aside, I really love what you have for this so far! And that Glowing eyes bit was just perfect, great job!

I just watched the musical and was looking up animatics, just to find an animatic about mon favorite shadows house uploaded 2 HOURS AGO, what a coincidence…

this is absolutely perfect in shedding ozma/ozpin's struggles while also shedding light that while the past reincarnations were already grown men when ozma's soul appeared and merged with theirs, oscar is still a teenager. if this is the weight of all the lives ozma has carried, just how much heavier is it for someone who's barely grown?

I pretty much agree with your conclusion on Yang's canon ship. Also, I love the additions you've made to Yang's personality here.

Gods! So many notes!

Thank you so much for the timeline, this is one things that pissed me off about the show. Do they have a calendar? A month? Anything to keep time? I think using labels as Year of the "Current Era" or "New Era", maybe as way to drawn a line between the periods of Remmant's history, and maybe hints how old are Ozpin and Salem.

This is the last HRR video for a bit, as i am going on an animatic break. Episode 10 will come whenever i get to it. Knowing me, it won't be long.

Interesting very interesting. Well. Nora and Ren were a duo I never felt the need to criticize. I mean, they are good, of course, some changes could be necessary like getting bigger interactions with Pyrrha. Honestly my biggest complains aren't even for Beacon arc: -When Nora kissed Ren by surprise when he was focused on other things. She shouldn't have done that, he was busy. -When she said she was "sick of secrets" during Worst case scenario even when she was keeping secrets from Ironwood. -She should have been the one to accompany Blake to tell Robyn the truth. It wasn't even a Bumblebee moment, so there was no need to be Yang the one to be with Blake. Nora meanwhile, was very critic to the situation in Mantle and trusted Robyn.

I enjoy the video overall (as why I keep watching them lol), but I want to point out that Ren is his main name. For Asian cultures, the surname comes first then the personal. So asking Nora to call Lie Ren instead would be closer to asking her to drop formalities and call him by his personal name. Much like in anime and irl Japan where friends that grow close enough will drop the -san honorific to their name, if not go from family name to personal name as well.

I genuinely love the idea of Transfem Nora, especially in this context. I remember first watching their backstory episodes, and genuinely not being able to tell if the little red head was supposed to be Nora or someone else, cause I couldn't tell if it was a guy or a girl (I've realized why I delt with that now and it has nothing to do with how little Nora was portrayed, and more to do with me not being able to recognize gender XD). I know RWBY at least has some LGBTQIA+ representation with Blake and Yang, but we need more representation of other identities other than just the LGB, that's why I love the idea of AroAce Ruby and Trans Nora and things like that.

I really like your additions to Ren and Nora’s back story. I didn’t even notice the trans colors on Nora’s Atlas outfit until you mentioned it. I really find Ren’s new goal of being the huntsman his village needed back in the day very interesting. I don’t know if you intended it but I think your versions of Ruby and Ren would have a surprise about of things to bond over since they have slightly similar goals. I can’t wait to see what you do with the Mantle arc.

Trans Nora 💗💙 I like how you incorporated the characters backstory from the show and you added onto it. Lovely art as always! Sidenote: Ren was Monty's self insert! And people were complaining about Jaune being an self insert 🤦‍♀️

Ozpin is a character they will never be able to make me hate. Sure he makes mistakes, but who doesn't? he saw the potential in team RWBY and he hoped they wouldn't have to be his sword, but he still sharpened them nonetheless. and everything he has done has been to protect more people then he unintentionally damns to death in his never ending war. a war he desperately wants to end.
