Xenoblade is basically a Nintendo all audiences game that tries to be ok on everything while Xenosaga is a public focused experience that is deeply developed on storytelling but don't caring too much about anything else

I'm playing Xenosaga II right now, and I can't agree more! I don't know if battles take longer than in Episode I, but they feel more engaging to me because most of the time is spent making actual tactical decisions, instead of just waiting around while a tech attack animation plays.

I can definitely see them calling the next game, Xenoblade Saga

Xenoblade USED TO be as good as Xenosaga story wise, then Xenoblade 2 onward happened.

The news that we got of the new ip, i think, was back during 2020 yeah.

If you look at xenoblade it is actually slowly turning into Xenogears with Oroboros being the closest we've gotten to gears since Xenoblade X. If you keep looking the similarities are pretty deep.

I hope we kinda get a Xenoblade dynasty warriors type game with all the characters being playable, including all the exotic blades from XC2 And all the classes from XC3

Then some of us really old fans are still looking for some form of resurrection of Xenogears. Best case scenario, Nintendo acquires all trademarks from Square Enix.

With Xenoblade Chronicles X being the only Xenoblade game to get me interested enough to play (it has guns and big robots, sue me) and being one of my favorite games (tied for top spot), I would pay just about any price to have any form of it on the Switch, including a sequel. I’ve still got my Wii U for playing XCX, but the server shutdown killing the Division system makes getting certain materials impossible to get after a certain point (Global Nemesis materials, since the Global Nemesis no longer exists and Reward Tickets are restricted to the 500 gained for getting FrontierNav to 100%).

Give me blades again that's the whole reason I bought the other games and then just continued playing them because I already spent an absurd amount of money getting them

I believe Xenoblade X2 is on the way to the next Nintendo console(high chance not be a release title), and Xenoblade X remake would probably announce alongside with X2. Since Takahashi said their next game would be massively different in style, and considering the poor user base of wiiU, they for sure want more players to experience X if the sequel is really under development.

Considering the wierd horroresque game trailer shown off recently, the next Xenoblade could be a horror survival rpg set during the Savorite War and during the klaus's experiment.... thus we play through what he unleashed first hand. I'm still banking on the idea they're doing to make a definitive edition of Xenoblade X and use THAT as a new foundation for a new trilogy. I never played any Xenogears or titles before Xenoblade, but the potential for a Xenoblade X series sorta seems like a 'best of both worlds' for people who like traditional Xenoblade games while still having stuff like Skells to help bring all that fancy cool Gundam stuff people liked about the Xenogears series.

The state of "we don't know". I am keeping with the meme of Square eventually running out of other games to remake and then it is time for Xenogames without Monolith. Xenogears remake possibly being split in 2 for each disc(similar to how FF7 remake is split into multiple pieces) and the endresult actually making bank, so they are inspired to make games for the other 5 episodes of perfect works.(That's some serious omega cope, but the chance is not quite 0, so it could happen)

Project Legacy, leaked by Midori (before the incident), could either be two things: new IP game or some spin off Xenoblade game (fans will be mad)

honestly I think the next we are going to hear from Monolith is either a new Xenoverse title or a remaster of Chronicles X that will be a cross gen title as a launch game for the Switch successor. Work of Chronicles 3 isnt too long ago so that they could've developed an entirely new Xenoblade I dont think. IIRC Monolith isnt big enough to have many titles in the works at the same time so my biggest bet is a remaster of an older title as cross gen.

Xenosaga isn't next. Don't let Luxin gaslight you, he is very biased. Xenoblade 4 will contain elements and themes of Xenosaga and Xenoblade X and be sort of like a spiritual successor, but it won't make Xenosaga/X canon. Either way, I think a new IP would be first.

Takahashi didn't stay this was a resting point or whatever. He said 3 was "a stopping point in his mind", which he precises to mean that it's the culmination of the Klaus saga, and that the future of the series will be a brand new arc, basically. So nothing implying a pause before coming back to Xenoblade

The end of the Klaus saga does still leave a lot to be desired. Like I said a lot though, would not mind if Takahashi pulls a Nomura one day and just offers us a small app that's more cutscene viewer than game that ties up some loose ends to it.

The ideas behind the Xeno series really are so deep that Takahashi could be doing that for the rest of his life and still have so many things he did not cover.

My first sight of the Xeno series was Nintendo direct that showed Xenoblade X with my first thought being ' Hey, possibly interesting sci-fi game being made' back when its just known as X. Second trailer came with the name drop. My older brother then suggested Xenoblade 1 to me in early September 2015 when I preordered X at a Gamestop which happened to have Xenoblade 1 in stock at the time. Although he suggested the series to me back then, the first Xeno game he played was XC2 which he never finished cuz of time and was translating the game to his wife from English to Spanish and gave his copy to extended family in the Southern Hemisphere. He didn't know the Event Theatre was a thing in that game until a few years later. The first game he did play and beat was XC1DE and then XC3 in release order. Ealier this year or last year. I gave him one of my extra physical copies of XC2 (when I actually remembered that I had extras since XC2 Smash DLC, standard and an overpriced Special Edition)

Just imagining Morag & Brighid wanting Niall to have a baby with Brighid for them, (assuming that Morag & Brighid enter into a lesbian relationship, post-XC2, which seems pretty likely, TBH) is crazy... and definitely just a headcanon, but especially with how you explained that Sena looks like she could indeed be Niall & Brighid's daughter, i feel like my headcanon COOUULD be true.

Not literally 100% sure of the rest of your list, (since i was so focused thinking about FR's final boss fight for the whole video) but your #1 being Future Redeemed is what i know i can 1000% agree on. Also, you mentioned that you think that Alpha's final form in the bossfight is his true form, Ontos itself, but i HIGHLY doubt it. Remember what Rex said near the ending of Chapter 3 of Future Redeemed: "Logos was the male persona, and Pneuma the female one. Ontos was meant to stand somewhere between, forming the trinity processor." The original Alvis/Alpha is the male part of Ontos, and A is the female part. And due to Ontos being "somewhere between", this clearly means that his true form would've been an androgynus, and a human, similar to Alvis, Alpha, or A, but wholly androgynus. I mean, Alvis/Alpha actually already had some feminine characteristics, even before A ever existed. So basically, considering that Alpha's final form in the final boss fight of Future Redeemed is a giant mech-like being, there's ZERO chance that THAT'S Alpha's final form, A.K.A. Ontos. Also, just another theory that i have here, but Alpha might not have been able to access/transform into his final form, due to being split from A. (He was never awakened as a blade, so he wouldn't access that form through a true bond with a master driver of his.)
