Just make it a habit to do a sample stitch out using the fabric you’re using for the garment with. Definitely adjust your presser foot (on to of the machine) so that the top of the silver screw is 1/2” of the top of the machine. Once there leave it, that’s the sweet spot. Also get different needles, I buy mine on eBay, you want Organ brand 90/14 SUK BP, these seem to work the best. It’s half the thickness and you do have to tape it to the machine but the results are so much better, besides the attachment being so much cheaper as well. With a top clean bottom raw, basically the top is being folded while the underside is flat and the raw edge underneath is covered by the stitches of the machine.

I am pretty new to cover stitch machine and I am trying to stitching on anti peel fleece with a very thin knit on bottom and I have worked for a hour or more and it just keeps tunneling on the bottom. Please help! What am I doing wrong??😢

I am still struggling, I feel like I'm doing this blindly and I still have extra fabric showing and I am so mad. I am trying so hard to get this right and it is so frustrating. I don't want my products to look terrible. I absolutely have to get this right, my business depends on this. I have way too much money invested in this to fail.

I have several videos on this machine that I think I’ve covered everything. Is there a particular issue you need addressed?

The tension advice almost got me there - but you didn’t say which way to be one dot past the 1 - and I was wondering about the pressure foot as well 😊
