Yes it’s really surprising to me how long the shortage has lasted. I started more than a year ago and I was likewise impacted by the shortage. My doctor prescribed me with Ozempic at .5 mgs and 1 mg and I returned to wegovy at 1.7 mg. Supposedly the higher dosages are easier to obtain. I can say that I haven’t had trouble getting refills on 2.4 mgs for some time now. I sincerely hope you’re able to find a work around or that the medication becomes available soon💕. Oh goodness, I’m so sorry to hear this! I experienced the same issue and my doctor got me approved for ozempic. I took ozempic .5 and 1 mg and returned to Wegovy at 1.7 mgs because it was readily available perhaps this may be an option for you.

Hi, absolutely! I am really enjoying the benefits of my new daily multivitamins by Olly. It has a few vitamins I was lacking. I also take glucosamine chondroitin complex with msm, I take a hair skin and nail vitamin and a daily Phillips probiotic. Thank you so much, I do have a very basic routine that I’ve been doing for years. I should probably improve on it since I’m getting older 😂. I use Neutrogena Ultra Gentle daily cleanser, I exfoliate once a week, I don’t use colored wash clothes, and I moisturize daily with a retinol niacinamide cream made by Advanced Clinicals.

Congratulations on your weight loss… that’s pretty significant for a week. Yes the appetite suppression typically gets a lot stronger as you step up in dosing and for me it was pretty extreme once I reached the highest dose of 2.4 mg.

Congratulations 🎊, I agree that losing inches can really transform your physique. There was a time when the number on my scale wasn’t moving but the rolls on my back were going down and so yes losing inches is great!😊

Hi, I haven’t tried a stool softener only the fiber. But perhaps a stool softener may work for you. You may want to confirm with your physician though.

Hi there, I hope you have more success in your arm! I prefer my arm and thigh as injection sites. I’ve always been nervous about more nausea or digestive issues if Inject in my stomach. It hasn’t been substantiated but it just always made me uneasy. That is a wonderful idea to log your meals and there are often suggestions by apps like My Fitness Pal that will help you to have a more balanced diet. I wish you the best on your journey💕

Yes, I did have headache, nausea, tiredness, and dry mouth. These symptoms persisted for quite some time and the dry mouth worsened as I stepped up in dosing… however the headache, nausea, and tiredness or fatigue eventually just went away. I now have NO side effects. My suggestion is to make sure you are drinking enough water and be sure that your caloric intake isn’t too low. I was guilty of not being hydrated and once I increased my water intake and added electrolytes, I slowly started to feel better. I hope this helps!
