1. I got to stop drinking calories.. 2. Stop snacking. (Portion snack) 3. Avoid fast food & drive through. Prepare at home. 4. Go to bed early. Stick to time. 5. Do Not Treat Myself With Food…. Ok I got it…. I’m on it too..
Congratulations on getting approved!! I sincerely hope you have a favorable experience with the medication!! I was likewise nervous but I have no regrets about using Wegovy because it has changed my health for the better.🙌🏽
Thank you so much for your comment and congratulations on losing your first five pounds, you are off to an awesome start. As you continue to eat clean and step up in dosing the food noise tends to quiet down and for me on most days food noise is non existent. So just hang in there, you got this!
I’m in week 3. Slow start for me. I’m going to incorporate all your great suggestions and binge watch your videos!!! Thanks for the support you’re giving to others. 🎉🎉
Great video! Thanks for the info. I’m a woman in my forties and I’m on the 1.0 mg wegovy and feel like the weight is slow to a crawl to go. Have u ever incorporated IF with wegovy?
Thank you so much, I’m happy you enjoyed the video. I once tried keto and I was successful until I wasn’t. I found it to be restrictive however I did notice the benefits of intermittent fasting and I still fast from time to time but due to the appetite suppression especially at 2.4 mgs I no longer fast daily. IF definitely helped me overall in my health and weight loss ourney over the years. For people who still have relatively large appetites and are on the lower dosages, fasting would no doubt help especially with a clean diet when trying to lose weight.
I'm going to begin on this journey this week. Do you have a sample of what your meals look like for 1 day? Thank you. Great job on your journey and thanks for the inspiration.
Congratulations on preparing to start your journey! I’m sure you’ll be successful because you’re already planning ahead. My advice is this… if you aren’t on a specific diet like keto or paleo I say eat the rainbow when it comes to fruits and veggies and focus on protein. For breakfast you could consider having eggs, turkey bacon, with 1 slice of carb smart toast. For lunch how about chicken breast on a full size low carb tortilla wrap with lots of lettuce and tomatoes inside and some strawberries/grapes on the side. For dinner baked fish, sautéed spinach, and a small baked potato. Or you could have baked salmon and a salad. If you aren’t able to eat due to nausea or appetite suppression try sipping on a protein shake, I like orgain and premier protein… they are much better over ice or chilled. Also, be sure you drink plenty of water. If you become hungry in between meals try snacking on nuts, watermelon, Greek yogurt, or air popped popcorn. Be mindful of your portions and I’m sure everything will work out. I hope this helped you have somewhat of an idea of what you can eat… this is a sample of what I’ve eaten and I’m now down 70 pounds.
That’s is a really great tip!! No food after brushing for the night. As you step up in your dosing, your desire to snack at night will more than likely cease.
Kia thanks for the advice, been there done that no soda for over year the only time I will have a soda is when I have an upset stomach....I am so excited I am finally able to get my shots closer to home....I will start 1.7....this Saturday 8/10/y24 I have been the .50 for 3 months so talking to my doctor since 1.0 is not available to just go to 1.7....here's to ongoing process I am exercising with the under the desk or in the chair elliptical machine I am loving it so to those who can't walk it's great and a great price.
Hey👋🏽 thank you so much for your comment and for providing an update!! It’s super exciting stepping up to the higher doses. I hope the 1.7 mg strength of Wegovy is kind to you! Keep up the good work💕
@lisalagirl4700 No I didn’t have a lot of issues but the appetite suppression was very extreme and I did have trouble meeting my calorie goal when starting the 2.4 mg dose. Because I had trouble eating that caused other symptoms like low energy and headaches. But I leveled out over time and I don’t have any issues now… it just really took time.
Hi, thank you for your comment. Yes, it should get better…the longer you’re on the medication the more weight you’ll eventually start to lose especially as you reach the higher dosages!!
Strangely I lost more weight on the lower doses than i have on the higher doses. Im almost done with 1.7. Hoping to see better results on 2.4. Being honest i think i was more committed in the beginning. But my cravings came back big time on 1 mg. Ive been struggling a bit since. The craving are less at 1.7 but still there. At .25 I had zero cravings. Still losing weight but not at the rate i was early on.
Hey, yes I understand all about commitment. My commitment got a tad shaky at times because I was so hard on myself. My expectations weren’t realistic at all for my circumstances early on. My hurdles were both physical and mental. The journey to my goal weight felt out of reach for so long and my weight loss has been relatively slower compared to others. But I believe just eating clean more often than not has helped tremendously. I just look at every day as a new day to do just a little bit better. What you have on your side is that you’re about to step up to the highest dose, I honestly feel like it’s the game changing dose. Unless you don’t experience any major complications with the 2.4 mg dose you could possibly be on it until you reach your goal weight. Hopefully your food noise will quiet a bit more at the higher dose and you’ll see the results you’re hoping for. I say hang in there! ❤️ You got this… take one day at a time, give yourself some grace, and in time you WILL reach your goal.🏆

Hi there, if you are feeling tired make sure that you are well hydrated, eating enough, and a multivitamin would be helpful if you aren’t already taking one. I struggled with extreme tiredness but it was mainly from not eating enough.
