I've never tried Korean Isaac Toast, but it looks delicious - I’ll have to look into making a vegan version! I was also thinking about creating a vegan Japanese 'Katsu Sando,' so when I come up with a good recipe, I’ll be sure to post it! Thank you so much for watching 🤗

It looks delicious, will try it after Yom Kippur has ended. Although, I was a bit concerned though when Muu Muu stirred the Udon (Spirals everywhere like in Uzumaki 😱😂).
Haha, Muu-Muu is so used to Udon Uzumaki 🌀😂 This dish is super easy to make, I recommend it if you like Korean flavour 🤗❤

If I have a lid for my frying pan, can I use that instead of the aluminum foil?
Yes, that's no problem! However, a drop lid (otoshibuta) is slightly better for this type of simmered dish as it helps the ingredients soak in the broth more evenly. You can also use baking paper instead of aluminum foil. Thank you for visiting!🤗

Thank you for this recipe! I tried it today, in a slightly adapted version. Delicious! I unfortunately did not have red ginger or spring onion, so I added some carrot instead. Also, I made the Okonomiyaki sauce differently: I used BBQ sauce + soy sauce + Agave syrup. I also added some vegan "bacon": in the NL Vivera Speckjes. Thank you for the inspiration 🙂
