    I feel like a splash of vinegar with the sesame oil would help cut through the richness of the acocado and also help keep it from turning brown if you're not going to eat it quickly.
    Very yummy looking recipe though! It reminds me of Hawaiian poke, but vegan.

      Yes, adding a splash of vinegar is definitely a great idea! I often use a soy vinaigrette dressing for avocado salads, and it works very well 😋
