Love this recipe, it reminds me of the good old times. I remember the times when I didn’t like tofu…so I thought. Then I met Chinese ppl in a dormitory lol. Fresh tofu from any Asian supermarket is so pure and versatile. Now we have it every week including MueMue style 🐻💜.
Haha, you had the bet tofu teachers in the dormitory! Yeah most of my British friends say about tofu - “a boring white block”😆, but if they knew how to cook it, then they’d like it, I think. Also the quality and taste of tofu in the local market in the UK and the West has improved so much in the last few years. Hopefully people will enjoy tofu more! 🐻❤
@@FuriFuriKitchen I have enjoyed a lot of 'westernized' tofu recipes that try to imitate meat dishes, but I'm loving all these recipes from you that are specific to tofu itself. Thank you!
