* Ingredients (serve 1)*
120g brown mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
200g cooked plain rice (cold leftover rice is ideal for this fried rice)
1/2 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
a pinch of salt
Some chopped parsley for garnish
Black pepper for garnish
