      For UK, things are changing and all Universities are asking IELTS cuz Government wants it, these two Uni in UK will let you in without IELTS in Agriculture Harper Adams University: Harper Adams University is a specialist institution focused on agriculture, food, and the rural environment. They offer various Master's programs and consider applicants on a case-by-case basis, especially for those with relevant experience even if their GPA is below their standard requirement. SRUC (Scotland's Rural College): SRUC is a leading provider of agricultural education and research in Scotland. They offer a range of Master's degrees in Agriculture and related disciplines. While they typically require IELTS, they may consider alternative English language qualifications on a case-by-case basis. They might also be flexible on GPA requirements for students with a strong background and relevant experience. But you should think about these Uni too for Agriculture but they not in UK : University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB): Located in the Philippines, UPLB is one of the top universities in Southeast Asia and offers a variety of Master's programs in agriculture, some without an IELTS requirement. Wageningen University & Research (WUR): Located in the Netherlands, WUR is one of the world's top universities for agricultural sciences. While they typically require an IELTS or TOEFL score, they may waive this requirement for students from English-medium universities.

    Please i want to leave my home country. Because of wife family and Islamic society want to kill us, and the unborn baby. They said it against their religion and the Islamic law for Muslim daughter got married to a Christian, I have been dating my wife for 3 years and i have been the one taking her responsibility too. Now she's pregnant for me, they have tried to terminate the pregnancy by given her abortion drug and called it maleria drug for us, which almost take her life, i took her off the hospital and took her to my parents to treat, since then they've been look everywhere to get us, we won't know how they know where we live they always get us. Recently they have sent a threat letter to me that they give me 60days to surrender my life and they spare my wife till she gave birth and kill the baby. Or they get us by themselves and will kill us,

      I understand you and your wife are in a very dangerous situation. The threats you're facing are serious, and it's important to seek immediate help. I have a question if you can help me with it? If a parent is not in Uk never came in Uk and never applied any sort of Uk visa but their child is British. If a child is 7 years old on which visa can a parent apply to come to Uk to see his/her child ? Can you explain this please would be so helpful. Hope u understand my point. Thank you

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You're right, that's a very understandable situation. In that case, the parent wouldn't be eligible for a standard family visa as that's typically for parents with settled status in the UK. Here are two possible visa options for the parent to consider: 1. Parent of a Child Settled in the UK Visa: This is the most likely option as the child is a British citizen (considered settled in the UK). Here's what the parent needs to meet: Sole or Shared Parental Responsibility: The parent must have sole or shared parental responsibility for the British child. Evidence like a birth certificate listing the parent or a court order might be needed. 2. Visitor Visa with Strong Ties: This might be an alternative if the parent doesn't meet all the requirements for the 'Parent of a Settled Child' visa. However, it's important to understand that visiting is the primary purpose, and spending a significant amount of time with the child might raise concerns with immigration officials. Hope that helps...

      If your current Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) was issued before April 4, 2024, you might be able to keep your existing salary of £26,200 when switching employers. However since you not mentioned much about job code etc If your occupation is on the Immigration Salary List, a lower salary threshold might apply (minimum £30,960). Check the list here: www.gov.uk/government/publications/skilled-worker-visa-immigration-salary-list/skilled-worker-visa-immigration-salary-list Yes, you can typically switch careers on a Skilled Worker visa as long as your new job offer meets the visa requirements:

    should we have to follow same branch of protection office as per our CNIC address? is there any thing like that or else we can go any office of protection department.

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      There isn't clear, publicly available information online about whether you specifically need to visit the protection office corresponding to your CNIC address for a visa protector stamp in Pakistan. Personally if you ask me, the Idea of Protector Stamp is crazy and sounds stupid to me. Technically, it should not make any difference which branch you use, but we all know things in Pakistan are crazy...they can even come up with CNIC rule too so all branches can make money equally. Best is phone them and ask. For Airport staff they will let you fly if you have one, as some applicant fly from different city using connecting flights.

      If you're staying within the airport's secure area (airside) and catching an onward flight within 24 hours on the same ticket, you likely don't need a visa. If you need to leave the secure area for any reason, such as collecting checked luggage or changing airports, you'll likely need a Visitor in Transit visa. This applies even if your onward flight is within 48 hours.

    Hi Good morning sir Could you please answer anyone who is without visa or ILR from India is eligible to purchase commercial or domestic property in UK? Thanks.

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, someone from India without a visa or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) can still be eligible to purchase commercial or domestic property in the UK. There are no legal restrictions on nationality or residency status for property ownership. Non-residents may be subject to a higher rate of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), a tax on property purchases in the UK. This includes a 2% surcharge for residential properties over £40,000. But if someone has given you the pitch that buy property in UK and get Visa, then its a scam or lie....Do not fell into that trap. You can send me the details via email at Dr_khan@consultant.com

    Hi, I am 25 year old and arrived in uk on skilled worker visa in June 2023, my current visa cancelled and given 60 days notice, now changing employment to skilled worker visa, what salary should I be paid ?, 38700 or 30960 ? How much salary to be mentioned in COS & my skilled worker (updating visa) application. Please Help

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The higher salary of £38,700 is the one that should be mentioned in your Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) and your Skilled Worker visa application (updating visa) As of April 4, 2024, the minimum general salary threshold for Skilled Worker visas increased to £38,700 per year. Your Situation: You are applying for a new Skilled Worker visa, not an extension of your previous one. New applications fall under the latest regulations, so the £38,700 threshold applies. There are a few exceptions where a lower salary might be considered: Immigration Salary List: If your occupation is on the list (www.gov.uk/government/publications/skilled-worker-visa-immigration-salary-list/skilled-worker-visa-immigration-salary-list), you might qualify for a lower salary (80% of the standard rate). However, this is unlikely as the list is mainly for health and care worker visas. This system allows for a lower salary if you have certain qualifications or experience that give you points, you didn't mention much about it so I can't comment but you can check on the link I shared. Hi, I am 25 year old and arrived in uk on skilled worker visa in June 2023, my current visa cancelled and given 60 days notice, now changing employment to skilled worker visa, what salary should I be paid ?, 38700 or 30960 ?

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

However, this is a complex system and likely not relevant in your case. Hope this helps...

      @@UKknowledgeGuru it was bit confusing at UKVI website under updating visa and saying as following: Eligibility and documents you’ll need to apply Your new job must meet the eligibility requirements and you’ll need a new certificate of sponsorship to prove this. You may be able to meet lower salary requirements if either: you got your certificate of sponsorship for this visa application before 4 April 2024. “you got your certificate of sponsorship for your first Skilled Worker visa before 4 April 2024 and have continually held one or more Skilled Worker visas since then”

    Sir is it possible to bring new partner as dependent if divorce case is pending in court... Sir i emailed you regarding this scenario can you reply me when you see the email sir Thank uou

      Unfortunately, it might be difficult to bring your new partner as a dependent on your UK Skilled Worker visa while your divorce case is pending. To qualify as a dependent on a Skilled Worker visa, your partner must typically be your spouse or civil partner. With a pending divorce, your marital status to your previous partner is unclear in the eyes of UK immigration. This can make it difficult to establish your new partner's eligibility as a dependent. If possible, waiting for the finalization of your divorce might be the most straightforward approach. Hope this answer helps... I have replied to all emails received until 4th July, since I get 30-40 emails so takes a time to reply all. But hope this explanations answered the question. Best idea is, I am sending you the link which got all approved sponsor licence. Filter the list of Health Care Then search those companies on google and check on their website about the roles. Nothing will happen without efforts, left leave it on luck www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers

    Nice explanation. Can u clarify this point please! “If you're sponsoring someone to switch to a work visa from a visa that allows them to study- You will not have to pay the charge if they switch to either a Skilled Worker or Senior or Specialist Worker visa and then extend their stay on the new visa.” Is this mean like if a current student applying for the skill worker visa, employer don’t have to pay any skill immigration charge for them? As they are studying here in the Uk!

      @UKknowledgeGuru 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The excerpt states that if someone is already in the UK on a study visa and transitions to either a Skilled Worker or Senior or Specialist Worker visa, the employer sponsoring them might be exempt from paying the ISC. Essentially, if you sponsor a person to switch directly from a study visa to one of these work visas (Skilled Worker or Senior or Specialist Worker), you might not have to pay the ISC. This can be a significant cost saving for employers. But if you applicant is on Graduate Visa then they have to pay the charge. www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/how-much-it-costs And this may guide you too th-cam.com/video/Fk510o0cDts/w-d-xo.html

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hmmm...You overstayed on a student visa in the UK from 2007 to 2012 and are now applying for a dependent visa under the Skilled Worker route for your wife. The application will likely ask if you've visited the UK in the last 10 years. Here's what you should do: What to Write: In the section asking about previous visits to the UK, clearly state that you were there on a student visa from 2007 to 2012 (mention the approximate dates) but overstayed your visa until your return in 2012. You can word it something like this: "Yes, I visited the UK on a student visa from [Start Year] to [End Year] (approximate dates). However, I unintentionally overstayed my visa until my return in 2012." Honesty is Key: Be truthful and upfront about your previous stay in your visa application. Lying in a visa application can lead to a rejection and potentially a ban from entering the UK for several years. Problem is, what if they check previous application but another fact is if there is no question which says what you did 10 years before then why you would answer that question ? There is no right answer for this question. You decide what is best for you !!!
