14 June did biometrics for visitor visa. On 17 got email saying "arrived at the UKVI Decision Making Centre and is now awaiting consideration." Till Now there is no Update .
Based on the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) website, the standard processing time for student visas outside the UK is currently around 3 weeks. This means you could potentially receive a decision by around July 12th, 2024.
Sir,My skill visa was refused in sept 2022 after i applyed AR and home office gave me reply that your visa discissions is panding after i complained to home office twice and they changed the dissions that my refusal is withdrawn and they sent my files to AR team again but still its 2024, home office do not giving any update. Home office last email is like : Administrative Review has seen unprecedented levels of applications across immigration routes which is causing a delay to expected decision times. now what should i do?
In current state of your Visa, you cant do anything apart from waiting for the decision. Can you tell me when you applied for the AR ? how many months is it now ?
@@UKknowledgeGuru i applied for AR in October, 2022 and they withdrew refusal dessision in 16 october 2023. After i complain again in January 2024 again they sent me email and says: we can’t provide a timescale for your application to be concluded, we will contact you as soon as a decision is made and bla bla.by the way they refunded my review cost is it mean i don’t have guilty but they are. Now what should i do?

Yes, there is a delay currently cuz of the elections etc Its only 14 Working Days only...expect it a week after next.

My AR got succeeded on Oct 2023, I have raised so many queries to ukvi there is no response from them
