Unfortunately, based on your date of birth (April 1994), you would not be eligible for the UK Indian Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS) as of July 16, 2024.

I have 2 questions :
Who already in UK on Psw visa.. Can they apply for this visa? Because I heard some info from different people.. Some guys who already in the UK they applied for this and they received Brp of this visa as well.
2. If they born in 1993 which means exactly their age is 30 or their age excat 30 years .. Can they apply for this visa?

Unfortunately, there's no clear official statement on whether someone already in the UK on a PSW visa can apply for the YPS visa. As gov.uk has not mentioned anything about switching this visa. And when they don't mention anything which means the answer is Yes.
The YPS visa is for Indian citizens aged between 18 and 30 years old.
This means someone born in 1993 would only be eligible if they apply before their 31st birthday. Hope this helps...

You can mention separated, as you not divorced yet and not single either. Once you get the divorced certificate then you can be classed as Divorced.
