      Thx...My main purpose of this video is not to demotivate anyone, but I have received few emails of the applicants, in which looks like Agents / Accountants are showing dreams to students/graduate visa holders, that open a business and apply SWV, without telling them the real story.
      These agents, will take money for service and will disappear and applicant will have to pay all this cost and eventually the applicant will lose everything as in reality there was no actual genuine business which was generating income to pay the tax.

      Thank you so much, Pls share this knowledge with others too,
      specially applicants who fell into this pit without having any genuine business and real £38k job and after paying to lawyers / accountants / AO then they end up with just doing odd jobs and pay tax. Applicants who buying these jobs, must know they are asking for trouble by taking this route if the business plan is not genuine. So, pls share to help others. Thx

    Nice explanation. Can u clarify this point please! “If you're sponsoring someone to switch to a work visa from a visa that allows them to study-
    You will not have to pay the charge if they switch to either a Skilled Worker or Senior or Specialist Worker visa and then extend their stay on the new visa.”
    Is this mean like if a current student applying for the skill worker visa, employer don’t have to pay any skill immigration charge for them? As they are studying here in the Uk!

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru  26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The excerpt states that if someone is already in the UK on a study visa and transitions to either a Skilled Worker or Senior or Specialist Worker visa, the employer sponsoring them might be exempt from paying the ISC.
      Essentially, if you sponsor a person to switch directly from a study visa to one of these work visas (Skilled Worker or Senior or Specialist Worker), you might not have to pay the ISC. This can be a significant cost saving for employers.
      But if you applicant is on Graduate Visa then they have to pay the charge.

      No, you cant switch from visitor visa. And if any website, you came across which says that, its a scam website pls don't fall in that trap. th-cam.com/video/v6zKCQLzIPM/w-d-xo.html

    Your information is excellent and really helpful to us. But there is a new entrant category who has to pay 20% less salary than 38700 so it should be around £30960 per year that we have to pay as a salary.

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, you are 100% right
      To clarify for readers, what we meant by New Entrant :
      You can be paid between 70% and 90% of the standard going rate for your job if your salary is at least £30,960 per year and you meet one of the following criteria:
      -you’re under 26, studying or a recent graduate, or in professional training
      -you have a science, technology, engineering or maths (STEM) PhD level qualification that’s relevant to your job (if you have a relevant PhD level qualification in any other subject your salary must be at least £26,100)
      -you have a postdoctoral position in science or higher education

    Hi
    Good morning sir
    Could you please answer anyone who is without visa or ILR from India is eligible to purchase commercial or domestic property in UK?
    Thanks.

    • @UKknowledgeGuru
      @UKknowledgeGuru  23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yes, someone from India without a visa or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) can still be eligible to purchase commercial or domestic property in the UK. There are no legal restrictions on nationality or residency status for property ownership.
      Non-residents may be subject to a higher rate of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), a tax on property purchases in the UK. This includes a 2% surcharge for residential properties over £40,000.
      But if someone has given you the pitch that buy property in UK and get Visa, then its a scam or lie....Do not fell into that trap. You can send me the details via email at
      Dr_khan@consultant.com

    Best Video so far on this topic. So that means my business should profit me 350.000GBP just having 2 employees , assuming 100.000 GBP goes in commercial rent, and another 130.000 GBP goes in business costs & expenses and other upkeep. All that before taxes and assuming basic 1/3rd rule. Somebody with real life business in the UK please do give the proper numbers.

      In reality for sponsor licence, HMRC just needs the tax each month. But for profit / loss and tax %, if you tell me what business type it is ? and which industry ? then will give you the approx calc. The 350k profit you mentioned, is this the annual figures you talking about ?
