You can not effectively compress video and audio with 7zip. They are already in a compressed state. it works best with text and structured data. For video and audio you want something like handbrake. It uses lossy compression, but if you play around with the settings, you will find there is a lot of data you can throw out before you notice artifacts. or If you're going for maximum compression, you can get away with artifacts so mild it's easy to ignore if you're not looking for it.
