    I am not loose at all, and gave myself a bad case of tennis elbow (almost a year!). I recently took a lesson and the instructor noticed that instead of following through on my forehand, I was stopping the racquet and putting stress on my arm. Wish I would have known that sooner!

    So while you wait for the ball, and during the backswing, you hold on to the little hamster, without hurting it, but right before contact, you crush the hamster. Did I get it right?

  • @olafsrensen9578
    @olafsrensen9578 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Yes was proberly will happen is that you open too eraly (the hip.) and the ball will go out side the side (you hitting crosscourt) line and out. And the stroke will be a week one and with no controle.

    I love your videos, but something's wrong here. If this accurate, how could you possibly use Pete Sampras's two-finger serve technique? Tightening up after the trophy position feels like a power killer.

    I have a question when you feed balls to students or to start an initial warmup I heard you are supposed to use a continental grip and hit it flat is this true?

    • @tennfunn6332
      @tennfunn6332 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, when feeding- making ball easier to hit is key- therefore Continental grip and flatter balls are easier to return.

    • @watcher687
      @watcher687 วันที่ผ่านมา

      A bonus tip for you. Watch the ball while racket hits it! Yes, it’s only possible when feeding balls and it makes a huge difference in consistency. Try it and let me know.
