The Byrna LE is what you should be comparing to the Umerex because the LE also holds the 12 gram CO2 cartridge and is alot faster than the Umerex also the LE runs the .68 gram ball which hurts alot more than the .50 cal Umerex. The Byrna products are built alot stronger and the people that work there are amazing!!

Umarex - no brainer

I bought the Umarex about two years ago and I really like it. That way I could use None deadly force first before have to use deadly force and take a chance of a law suit

This was a big help. Instead of killing myself trying to wrestle the cover off to change the lightbulb in the oven. This is stupid easy people. Any needle nose pliers for the clips work fine. Instead of nails I just used 2 Allen wrenches. If the hinges close on you. Lay the door on the floor and use a flathead to leverage the hinge back open. Great video. Thank you. Can't believe how easy this was.

I can see the use of these weapons by LEO - they carry weapons professionally and can make a variety of choices depending on the threat level. A belligerent drunk? Pepper spray. An armed adversary? Armed force. Non-LEO? Seems dubious. If you are threatened and have to draw a weapon are you also going to have a backup pistol if confronted by adversaries with real pistols? That seems a bit absurd. If you need to defend yourself. Duh. Defend yourself. Avoid the fight - always and in all ways. But if threatened with lethal force - be prepared to use lethal force.

I just did this myself and followed your video step by step! So thank you! But my new base seems like it had the o-ring sitting up really tall and therefore the band clamp wasn't seated around the ridge in enough places to where I could get the nut on easily at all. It took both of us like an hour of trial and error and in the end just brute strength and shoving. (I put the o-ring and lid back on the old base just so see if I was crazy, and had no problem) Did you notice any difference or is there something I'm missing? Yours went on no problem! Now I'm scared to ever take mine off to clean the cartridges 🫣

Nobody seems to be reading or exploring "youngjung4361" comment. He states that this whole vid procedure is not necessary to fix the drain problem. And that it can simply be fixed by unplugging the connector on the back rearward side of the seat module for a few minutes to reset the module. He states that doing this step alone will stop the parasitic battery drain.

Why no pepper ball spread comparison? That and the damage to something meat like would have really helped. That cheaper umarex is tempting but I dislike the knob at the bottom (perhaps trim that down?) I would def paint that orange faux slide black to make the Less Lethal appear Lethal to any possible perps. That umarex price point is bomb though. Byrna is nice but that price just too crazy like a real firearm or something. Hate when a company has to have so much mark up

Just wanted tyo say thanks for the instructions. the screws at the top of the oven door came out and the door literally came apart. I tried for 3 hours to reassemble while still attached to the stove and was about to start banging my head on the wall and found your video. 5 minutes to remove the door and 15 to reassemble. Thanks very much

I have experience getting the fumes in face also ... I always turn my face away now and hold my breath but would recommend a googles also. I find it helps keep my pool levels better but it's more expensive . You go through those pucks like water. No pun 😅 Enjoy the rest of the summer!

I took my door off last night to replace the rusted piece at the bottom of the glass. I tried and tried and tried to put the door back on, only to fail. I watched your video and saw the way you put the nail in the hole, but couldn't see a hole anywhere because my door was already off. Finally I took pliers and pulled the hinge back and there was the hole for me to place the nail in, in 2 minutes my door was back on. I want to thank you for this video. Just wish I would have seen it before removing the door, would have saved me 4 hours of hassle trying to put it back on.

My umurex shoots at 550 to 600 fps. Only gets six shots but hit like a brick. Three steel then last three pepper. Dump it and run.
